A Perhaps now would be a good time to form the Shadowranks. I've been wanting to form them since we first started issuing edicts and we've had some close calls with more... subtle danger in the past.

Also, for a moment I had thought poor Cyl had himself a heart attack. Somebody should probably talk to him about that...

Yeah, he's 53 years old now and apparently the health blessing expired, so it's quite possible. Time itself might be the greatest "persuader."

But though I don't want to hurry him, I honestly don't know anymore how much Cyl is worth protecting. A more typical ruler would have "stepped aside" decades ago instead of watching his sons scramble for scraps; meanwhile the reclusive trait strikes at some inopportune times.

All the other edicts I'm interested in take money, and right now the budget is expected to be evenly balanced (dependent on how glasswares go).
