You decide to rescue Evalian garrisons from their nationalist rebels!

A week later, your forces enter Eval soil proper. Your scouts bring news; apparently, the rebels in there learned of your forces' approach and have detached half their numbers to form a counter-force. Some scouts report that there are heavy horsemen and even few Thundercats with the rebels this time.

A) Let them come, they won't succeed anyways.
B) Strike them before they get even stronger.

B - These guys actually know what they're doing, so lets strike before they can prepare themselves fully

B Good to see that Cyl has still got some fight in him. His body may be aging but the spirit of our conqueror is immortal! Though it'd be nice if he spent more time outside his office.

You decide to take the initiative this time and attack the rebels before they get too strong.

Next morning, the battle commences on a muddy terrain between two large forests!

Your drive has misplaced your tactical genius, because the initial attack is repelled! Your soldiers are matched evenly by the mix of mercenaries, peasants, deserters, some Evalian militia and few well armed noblemen-of-sorts! The battle descends into chaotic melee, your Army losing all initiative and impetus it had.

Still, the hastily cobbled-together rabble cannot match your Army, and it shows when your soldiers begin another push and start mowing down the enemies. By the end of the day, the battle is won, and almost three thousand corpses fill the fields; less than fifth of that being Methiantese.

You council with your officers to find best choice of action.

A) Time to rest and wait for reinforcements.
B) Let's pick out the rebel sieges one by one.
C) We turn to Felonsein and kill more rebel scum.

We should be able to draw a bit from the Garrisons we rescue. Also, somehow we are getting our title bonus to beating off a rebellion, so we should run with that while we can.
