B. This deal is probably more beneficial for us than them, if he's being real (which the lack of roll implies to me he is). The weather staff + hurthlings will give us a lot of food which means both prosperity and sending aid to other countries in exchange for things in troubling times for them. We're not getting a ton from Zasistot as far as I'm aware (could be wrong). It also reopens the chance for artifacts and potentially profitable deals, and stops us spending money and men fighting the dwarves. That said, we don't have much money to spend on them right now. I'm also worried about how the elves will react though - will they take back the cloaks or whatever else we got?
