"Well, first of all, you must understand several faux pas that you have committed upon our kind. For some reason, despite what I heard from late Daric of Eldrican, you don't seem willing to part with money."

"Why would I?"

High King chuckles. "It's simple. We love money. You underestimate the power of coin, Emperor. Be it your human values or your inexperience in dwarven matters. I can recall deals with previous dynasties and kingdoms of these lands. Fulfilled contracts all the time, paid on time or after some decades, but never, ever, we had to indulge in revocation of our artifact."

"I propose a deal to mend the wounds between our races. You might not know that, but our metalworkers would very much like to revive and rebuild Zasitost, its iron and copper mines. Therefore you would cede these lands currently occupied by your peoples. In return, I offer that my runecrafters make a copy of The Rainbow Scepter for your dynasty. What you say, hmm? Hopefully, we can return to the earlier, more amicable relations that we had with your predecessors."

I dont really know what to say for this I want to choose C but whats stopping them from just going ahead and destroying it again the next time we do something to make them even a little bit mad dont know how to feel about this
