Your attempts fail rather bad, and soon Houlandin and your father, Cyl, are shouting at each other. Houlandin at certain moment just storms off the chamber, while your father is shooting daggers at him from his eyes.

A) Sit quiet for now, lest you will incur your dad's wrath also.
B) Call the guards to bring Houlandin back into the council room and apologize for his behavior.
C) Talk your father down, explaining that, after they both cool down, Houlandin surely will come and apologize in person.
