1136 AD, Spring
News come from the north; your soldiers and your two sons scored a major victory against the Agaresians, wiping out almost five thousand of lizard riders in truly brilliant tactical envelopment. Thundercats and Cydwyllian cavalry forces also played major factor in the victory.
Few days later you receive a letter from Connan, however, which seems a little bit pessimistic.
In the letter, he describes growing differences between him and Houlandin, shortages of Fireblood (Cidric's court isn't very punctual nor generous with resupply), and the fact that there's alarmingly large number of Agaresian reinforcements every few months.
In the final paragraph, he pelads for you to extend emergency mobilization and send some supplies through Tiftit, as he doesn't believe his brother-in-law's courtiers, especially his elder relatives. You muse about your reply to Cidric for a while.
As for emergency mobilization...
A) Decide to extend it for another year.
B) Write that you cannot strain people's backs with distant, foreign wars this much.
As for supplies...
A) Agree to send supplies, but through Cydwyl Kingdom, because hiding stuff from your allies is a bad thing to do.
B) Sadly inform Connan that there's a bit too much on your head (and Treasury's back) to send him stuff.
C) Agree to send supplies through Tiftit, just like Connan asked.
