But i think that it might be useful write some letters demanding surrender.

In this case would be nice to go to the war and vote B

Can't we write some letters and send them along with our troops?  :P

"Hey marshall send these letters to the other forts when we are destroying the first, putting other two under siege and they discover that the north was being screwed by the dahnia and reinforcements aren't coming. Give these along with our banner and the new uniforms as soldiers of methiant."

And I suppose charisma does help during siege negotiations.

Math is hard, but considering we should have both a numbers and tech advantage I think betting it on a few rolls with good modifiers sounds better then lots of rolls to me.
