Unfortunately, all it does is to get them feel insulted and leave in a huff, declaring that the agreement is done for. Oh well.

The winter starts rather harsh in the region, with early chilly weather and then three days of blizzard. Fortunately, the weather clears up after some time, at least in central Methiant; the people from former Felonsein regions report that the weather didn't seem much improved, even if the Scepter did its magic.
