How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

OH NO ANOTHER ASSA... oh wait it's just a joke..

Oh, silly haspen, he thinks we are gonna believe in two jokes in a row... wait, the Eldrican is REALLY requesting this? The fuck?

Giving that amount of money for a loan that until now only looks that he will pay till hitting the seven counter again is completely out of question, what the fuck he is giving such an offer without offering something back worth it?

That 1 was for his diplomat trying to convince us right?

Come on, with this amount of money we might need if we got an emergency, this includes hiring troops to aid in his war, he should've asked earlier for attacking Koi when he saw the budget getting thin, we know that the deal was just to conquer felonsien and get schematics plus marriages, but we wouldn't want to have enemies alive in our borders.

I don't see how the Koi are such a great problem for them, we might make an surprise attack and make them have to divide their forces.

Come now, we're allies.  Let's help each other out in a military sense instead.

On second thought, I'm gonna swap to B. We basically just got an excuse to conquer our neighbor here. If he they fall apart, so be it.

Sunk cost fallacy and all that. Besides, we have no obligation to run his country. We already helped him by going to war. We are his ally, but he is not necessarily ours.

What exactly would we stand to gain here anyways?

Another ally of the same retaliative power as us and is in our debt.

Haspen, can we do a A or D but over the period of, say, three years? If not, than well, D.

D seems fine, we can raise taxes a bit or something and not spend much for a while, lets get our ally in our debt when they most need it.

(in meeting) B Sadly I am not a banker. Eldrican is a great country and I am confident that our ally Elran III is more than able to budget for his every priority.

(privately mutter) It's not even equal repayment, because we also have to semi-permanently divert a portion of our army to guard the route with no further compensation. Did somebody put a sign on my back that says World's Biggest Chump?

Given we spent economy on restoring Felonstein, I'm pretty sure we only have 7 Economy right now anyway.  8 at a push.  This would literally bankrupt us.

You assume they intend on paying it all back in the first place, not to mention the possibilities of succession or something else changing the power structure, and they just kind shrug off that agreement to the one nation they don't even share borders with.

The money we are sending will help secure his noble and mercenary forces until they can stabilize the land they took, then we will have a larger, strong, stable ally that is sending us cash.

Though honestly I thought they were suppose to be sending us cannon tech and a marriage proposal...

That's a good point. The want us to pour even more resources into them for even more promises, when the first promises they have made haven't even been fulfilled yet.

We need an option to press for those first tbh.

Also I don't think people owing you a lot of money when they are more powerful then you has traditionally gone super well guys... I mean. Last time we had a big power owing us, they sorta just blew us off when it came time for them to owe up to the bargain. The Eldricans are even bigger and scarier then the Lametanias were. If they won't even pay us what they owe us now, it's clear they won't operate in good faith when it comes time for them to pay us several kings ransoms back. It's probably for the best if they get shattered because of their overreach.

We also don't have that much of an army to speak of, or indeed a particular horse in this race now that we've conquered Felonsein in record time. I feel like adopting a policy of noninterference would be the superior solution here.

Shame we can't remind them about their existing obligations instead of outright telling them to fuck off, but B is the best of a terrible set of choices.
