You decide to get report on Parsian uprising first.

Unfortunately, the letter had no effect on the Parsian populace it seems! The peasants remain upset, and rioting and looting flares up every few days as an incident or other misunderstanding goes awry.

A) Let the peasants riot and burn if they want, it's their hometown after all!
B) Alright, time to send the Army, bonk few heads in and restore order!

You order the Army to be sent to Parsia to remove the rioters and restore order in Amandarinka.

FInally, soldiers from Orcworld Fortress arrive, with a report, and a bundle in their hands.

"Greetings, Emperor! Your soldiers have come here to personally inform you that the carcass of Kotekbacek has been segmented, removed from the Fortress and burnt far away for the smell its corpse was producing was most foul. Here we have Blade of Puncturing, which was pulled from the corpse."

They unwrap the bundle, showing you the Blade; its handle dark brown and disgusting, and its blade black and looking as if burnt. Courtiers murmur, for such an artifact should've been indestructible and stainless forever.

"The metal itself smells foul, and the blade is coated in dried blood of Kotekbacek or some other bodily fluid of the beast. We've tried hot water, icy water, soapy water and even royal water that the Fortress' alchemist had, but nothing has worked so far."

A) "The blade has been cursed by the dead monster! Cast it away!"
B) "The dwarves made it, the dwarves probably can restore it. Send for them at once!"
C) "Give it to our imperial alchemists, they have all ingredients in the world, they will find a way to clean it."

You order it handed over to the royal alchemists. Amongst the all powders, liquids and oils they have, there should be something that will restore the Blade of Puncturing to its earlier shine.

Next morning you embark to Helliste.

1196 AD, One Day Later

Whilst underway, you feel a little weird in the morning.

By the afternoon, your entourage has to stop at a local inn and your healers prepare medicines. You've developed a fever, curse that wintery weather!

1196 AD, Next Evening

While the healers are fighting the fever the best they can, and you feel relatively OK, they forbid you from continuing the journey.

A while later, your daughter Ciri comes in, wrapped in a fur cloak.

"Father, you are ill, and my husband awaits me. I would not want to force anything, but I have obligations to fulfill and would like to go to Helliste."

A) "Fine then, go and please give Prince Sigurd my regards."
B) "My illness is a sign! This marriage is cursed, we're going home!"
C) "I'm sure they will understand if we delay our trip for few days more."
