How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

You press on to Lametanian capital.

Another two days pass and your scouts bring quite a bunch of news.

There's a large fortress to the south, the Asortum Castle, just half a day travel away from the main road leading toward Lametanian capital.

A unit of about thousand horsemen is currently heading toward northwest, no doubt to fight against Queen Karkhuta's Army.

A lone scout managed to ride quite southwards and he has apparently discovered a troop of foreigners camped near the capital; they bore dark red and golden cloaks, and most of them were heavily armored swordsmen and crossbowmen. No doubt Damdamian mercenaries, although he wasn't able to discern if it's the Republican zealots or the xenophobic Imperials (according to one of your officers, they both wear the same colors, as they believe themselves to be true 'Damdamians', so it's always a mess to identify them).

You host a council, during which you decide to...

A) Camp for several days and see how the situation around develops.
B) Change course and besiege the Asortum Castle.
C) Continue the march toward capital of Lametania!

I don't want to get hit by behind.

We should Go fo B and put the castle to the ground with our black heart (or make them surrender) and them proceed to the capital

I don't know if these Damdamians are just taking the chance to grab loot, defending the lametania or waiting for someone to hire them.

Wait, imperials? is the damdamian republic and the empire from the map two sides of the same coin?

B - Nothing quite displays ones displeasure like reducing a fortress to rubble.

You decide to march toward Asortum Castle.

Within two days, you reach its immediate surroundings, but you don't get to even order Blackhearts to be loaded before a large contingent of cavalry rushes from the forest to the southeast of your position! Your scouts failed to notice them!

In a minute, about a hundred of horsemen will be wrecking up your precious Blackhearts, the Fireblood supply and the operators!

A) Send our own cavalry to melee the attacking Lametanians!
B) Order the retreat of Blackhearts while Whole Army marches to meet the ambushers!
C) Fire away! Let's strike fear into the hearts of men and horses alike!

Well that definitely won't work then.

A Is guaranteed interception. Cavalry is less useful when attacking a fortress as well, so I'm not so fussed if they all die, but I'd kinda like to do B at the same time so we can reinforce them once they've got the enemy cavalry bogged down in melee.

A sounds like a sensible plan. We still likely outnumber them at least five-to-one.

Uhhh B

I would rather our cavalry not fall into another trap set for us, bring our full army to bear, even if it means risking the blackhearts.
