B. - The Lands are Covered in toxic dusts and fogs and such, but once those are cleaned up(By say our fancy magic weather candle...) They will definately be functional for US, Besides that they Already Evacuated and took basically everything they wanted from it, probably- and we can always promise "Everything inside their fortress..." to be remain theirsish.
