"All the services offered intrigue me, and seem as if they would be of great use to my court and empire, but let us begin our partnership with the prospectors alone. I am quite confident in the ability of dwarfish prospectors, and as such expect to need much of my wealth to construct new mines once their work is complete. When Methiant inevitably prospers as a result of this first arrangement, I will gladly consider other transactions."

B) "Something else, maybe? This one's not really interesting."

Our army is excellent for its size, but it could be excellenter.
Sounds like it has a bonus specific to 'monarch stand/charge' rolls (which admittedly Ruberta may not use) and also a general boost always.
