It's gonna turn out that the savage ambush in the night was just a drunken orc throwing a rock at one of them which escalated into a full scale assault on a walled city because the actual battle can't have been against more than 500-1500 orcs at most in that case, assuming our shitheel officers are even telling the truth to begin with (also interesting that they refer to the leader orc as necessarily a warlord, the language of colonization runs strong indeed).
