A I want to go D cause from what I understand we traded for those Blackhearts so I don't know why they have the gall to demand our property after the people they sent to help us use them tried to kill us? That's an attempted assassination on us by people that the Felonsians sent to us. Plus do they think that our life is worth a lesser marriage to the one we already have or some silver and gold? Unfortunately we aren't the most powerful of states military wise so I guess money is the best we're getting out of this though.

He then scratches his nose briefly.

"Ah yes, now I remember. Now that we do not have Blackhearts anymore, your alchemists are inquiring whether you wish to sponsor their work and establish an annual funding of the development of our own Fireblood."

As for the drought crisis...

A) "Sure, we shall buy grain from our neighbours."
B) "We will perservere without foreign aid."

As for the Fireblood project funds...

A) "Agreed, tell them to use our money wisely."
B) "Nah, let them just tinker with it for now."
