I'm pretty sure, Chinese immigrants are most Islamic and Buddhist, with a significant tad of a secular belief, Confucianism. I mean how about a temple?, it's in theme for this weird cow-boy new world thing.
Change name to Temple

If you can find an example of a mosque that is older than 1800* I will allow you to change the name. Temple I feel as moving away from the theme as it doesn't strike a western chord.

Never mind, the person who proposed the alliance will be the de facto leader and it can be changed by a majority vote. The leader decides who may enter into the alliance.
