But, the Hub is the center of the world, and to travel mortals have to go through the Hub. If my children aren't allowed to enter the Hub, they won't be able to go anywhere and then they'll be lonely.

What if I agreed not to set a foot on the Hub or interfere with the Hub without your expressed permission, and commanded my children to not permanently settle the Hub unless they've received your approval, but allowed them to temporarily travel throughout the Hub to reach the spokes, if they follow the laws of the Hub-dwellers in their journey?

That, and 5 IP seems to be quite the hefty sum for only one vote, what if I agreed to give you 4 IP upon a later date instead? That all seems fair to me, what do you think?"
