God Name: Zordes The Indolent Lord

Appearance: Zordes takes the form of a titanic slug, whose form is covered in a shifting mass of undulating tentacles, squelching tendrils, many-jointed limbs, and compounded eyestalks. The center of Zorde's sluglike form is dominated by an enormous maw filled with grasping tongues, gnarled teeth, and slowly oozing saliva.
Each and every inch of Zorde's repulsive mass is caked with layers upon layers of filthy mud, dribbles with rivulets of greasy sweat, and is blanketed with rhythmically pulsing pseudopods. Despite Zorde's abhorrent appearance, upon witnessing him one receives a subtle but profound sense of passiveness, dimwitedness, and warm mirth.
Personality (optional): Unlike many deities, Zordes is exceedingly humble and prefers happy, intimate prayers to vast, complex rituals and ornate sacrifices. He sees his worshipers as his children and other deities as his siblings. He attempts to guide rather than rule his children, and if necessary, discipline them. He sees fighting as pointless and magic as redundant, and prefers not to get involved with either.
Though his mental prowess is godlike, to say Zordes is a bit slow is an understatement. While not ignorant, Zordes constantly draws seemingly foolhardy conclusions from the slightest bit of evidence, and rarely changes his mind once he has come to a conclusion. He is filthy, disgusting, and hardly ever does anything of consequence, but is nice enough if one can get past all of that.
Goals (optional): Zordes wishes only to have a place for himself and his followers, to sit and watch the world go by. He loves filthy and disgusting creatures like himself, and given the opportunity, would love to fill the world with them. He would like to have a close relationship with everyone and everything, but Zordes realizes that that won't be happening anytime soon.
Name: Gurblers
Description: Gurblers are very strange creatures, it is easiest to describe them as a head with limbs. Their core combines the functions of a skull and torso, to create an organ filled spherical lump with an ugly but cheerful face. From the top of the core protrude two short, prehensile tubes, which serve as ears aand secondary pair of noses. Four spindly three-fingered limbs are attached to the core at random intervals, and function as core stabilizers and manipulatory appendages all in one. Their name comes from their strange vibrating gurgling language.
Culture: Gurblers are simple creatures, much like their creator, and have simple desires. They want to have a comfortable home, preferably a swamp or marsh of some kind, they want to have and raise a large family, and be closer to "Daddy Zordes." They live only two decades before bursting into a cloud of fecal matter and bodily detritus, they have only one gender and all refer to themselves as male. They reproduce by gorging themselves to the point of bursting, falling into a brief coma, serving as a sort of womb for dozens of identical mini Gurblers, Gurblings for short, waking up after a few months, and vomiting their dozens of spawn into the world.
Unfortunately, newborn Gurulings are extremely vulnerable to predators and their own stupidity, and while their parent loves them and does their best to take care of them all, it simply isn't possible to escape the inevitable death of the vast majority of the Gurbler spawn. Usually, out of the usual three dozen Gurblings, four-five manage to reach maturity. Gurblers reproduce roughly once every three years, and Gurblings take little over three years to reach maturity. This is balanced by their extreme stupidity, pathetically weak bodies, and innocent, passive natures.
Gurblers love to be with other Gurblers, and if given the chance, will congregate into enormous colonies, made up of dozens or hundreds of families, their ramshackle huts, and a large, central pile of rocks smeared with the colony's bodily waste, which functions as a temple to Zordes. If a Gurbler colony is threatened will attempt to bury the threat in sheer numbers and intense stubbornness, or simply run away if they believe the threat is too much for the Gurbler colony to handle. Gurblers settle disputes with public mud-wrestling matches, and almost always forget what angered them to begin with afterward.
Gurblers feed on whatever is handy, and prefer organic material, but can subsist on mud and rocks if necessary. They aren't very demanding, and don't mind working for or under other Races, so long as they are left alone and their basic needs and wants are met.
