I'm going to update later this evening (3-6 hours after posting this most likely).

A note on influence: Each race that worships you grants an additional income of 1 per turn. Your starting race does give you 1 point (so if you lose them, you only get 9 per turn). Additionally if your race breaks 20,000 (starts at 10,000 and can increase naturally and through divine intervention).

Furthermore, with the exception of Iituem, all your races are floating around in "heaven" with you. This is fine for now, but there's no food there. You should probably think about putting them on your planet sometime soon.

Well, two pricechecks then

A: How much for a 'storage' unit for my mortals, at least so they don't die while I'm waiting for IP
B: How much to make an earth-sized planet.

A: Hmmm. You can put them in some sort of stasis for free if you'd like, but you'll lose their IP income.

B: Oh gosh I'm not super sure. Like a second separate planet? Because your first planet is earth sized, but mostly water.

A: Fair enough, that works.

B: Yep, an entirely separate planet because I'd rather not be abusing physics or metaphysics so much as this wheel thing (Though it'd probably still be connected via portal or something)

B: Yeah. Hmmm, since the creation of the first planet didn't cost anything, I think you can make another for nothing. You'll still have to pay for land and water and stuff.

As far as I can tell, this wheel thing is just going to be a wheel shaped megacontinent with land masses at the end of each landbridge spoke.

Okay so how much to I have to pay for water, or to skim off some of the wheel's water?

Are we on a planet, then?  I thought we were a wheel-ish continent floating in the void, which is why I was worried about setting a universal 'down'.  :B

Well micelus said it was all in the physical realm, and I just assumed it was on a planet.

Unless I'm completely mistaken about this whole thing, and someone corrects me, it is it's on a planet.

If you'd like to just create an additional continent, you could just have them on the same planet.

Otherwise it's 10 IP for a global ocean, and then the land is already priced out... planet.

What, I can't sculpt the planet first to get the continents before throwing in water? :P
