"Hmm. I think this actually is a problem we can't solve with shooting or ramming. We'd probably run out of ammo before the tunnel runs out of length. Oh! Alice, remember when Ed was driving, and he got us hit by lightning? The tank was thrown a long distance, and nearly tipped over--but it got up to like a forty-five degree angle without breaking! I once watched a buddy of mine slide a car and get it up on two wheels, maybe you could try that with the tank; if our tracks are at an angle, we'd fit down there fine! Loady, or Gunny now, I guess, if sliding doesn't work try shooting the left wall so that the rubble makes a ramp."
Suggest insane methods of fitting a tank down a thin underground tunnel to my teammates. Shout encouragements to help them out, like any good commander. Edit: The plan is for Alice to try and get the tank onto just one track, by any means necessary, so that it can fit down the archway. Failing that, Simon will start commanding his allies to FIRE EVERYTHING!
...Meanwhile, look at the archway. How thick is it? Is the tunnel definitely wider behind, wide enough to drive down? Could we just destroy a part of the arch and fit through, and how much would we have to destroy?

GLORY: 105!
Current mission accomplishments (So I don't have to go back over things later):
- Scouted out the northeastern Nazi positions, has now informed everyone. Including the Nazis, probably.
- Set fire to a Nazi-occupied building, which five Nazis then fled from. Then snuck past without issue.
- Partially scouted the bunker, from the north, found three machine gun nests which have a good view of the entrance switchback, and 180° coverage otherwise. Saw that the northern slope terminates in a 25-foot high cliff, making it near impassable.
- Got caught near a house which was struck by machinegun lightning and detonated spectacularly. Survived with -2 life.
- Killed an entire tank crew. In melee. Without taking any wounds. ALONE. Then stole their Panzer IV and drove it home.
- While riding in that tank, survived a massive targeted lightning bolt through no fault of his own. Ed rolled a one and utterly failed to dodge.
- Was "commander" of the tank while it managed to destroy two bunkers with the main gun.
- Was bravely riding outside the tank as it charged into scorched earth, and then tumbled down the side of a hill. Was only kept from being thrown free by Parrish, but hey, it's still pretty glorious. "Glorious" is almost like a synonym of "suicidally brazen"!
- Helped free his tank from several dastardly trees, while within earshot of Nazi machineguns (pointlessly) filling the air with lead.
- Commanded the tank when it did a ton of collateral (if intentional) damage to the last bunker, and probably killed the last of the Nazi resistance.
"That's a terrible plan. Let's try it."
Make tank go diagonal.

The archway is maybe a foot and a half thick and the hall beyond it is larger. Probably large enough to accommodate the tank.

Ah, good. Well luckily everyone says to stay away from you right now so You can't run over anyone else. Instead your attempts to put the tank on its side by slowly walking it up the wall end when the tank topples over onto its side and then rolls onto its top.
Simon, laying upside down on the roof of the tank's interior, points at Alice, who is also laying upside down on the tank's roof. And the point is really more of a Jab in the nose.
"You've got them just where you want them, Guidance goblin. Now, spring your trap!"
"Could you please stop?"
"That's not my finger~"
"Look, don't worry about it, Simon. We can always get you a new tank on the next mission. Or maybe a plane, one of those messer-things."
Attempt to determine if the tank would fit down the remainder of the tunnel if the constraining parts of this definitely not load bearing arch are removed, then advise Alice.
Name: Robert McKinley
Description: McKinley was about ten years old when WWI ended, and his brother returned with innumerable stories of gore and glory. Robert desired to fight for his country in the same way. There was, however, no immediate war in which he could partake. He considered himself to be one of the few to hate the Roaring Twenties. They were a time when the people wallowed in extravagance and purposely forgot the horrors, but also the sacrifices and heroism of the great war. And then came the depression. He found himself liking the depression, though of course, he didn't admit that. Mainly because it seemed like fitting retribution for the excess of the previous years. it might have also had to do with the fact that he managed to retain his job and keep up a standard of living. In any case, 1939 was a year almost of rejoicing, and after he had settled his affairs, he signed up for the battle which he had lusted for.
He's a tall, blondish man who fancies himself to have a certain rakish look. His eyes are deep set under a heavy brow, but full of disturbing light. Call him Bob.

Name:Tobeis ‘Toby’ Parrish, 20
Physical and Mental Description: Black hair, tinted purple. Exceptionally blue eyes, white skin, and numerous scratches. Wears glasses (which have as yet managed to survive without breaking) although he can see fairly well within about 50 meters. Pragmatic in combat, doesn't believe in fighting honorably, and very rarely ever stops moving, except to make a shot or pretend to listen to a superior officer. Has an amazing lack of respect for officers over the rank of 1st Lt. (unless they're serving on the front with him.) Prefers to use his bayonet instead of his pistol for close range, because the bayonet doesn't jam. Would rather hide in the mud than take his chances running for a better hiding place. Assigned to the 888th for assaulting a superior officer ("No, he inadvertently ran into my buttstock just before he could suggest a glorious charge towards a fortified position, clumsy sod"), shooting 3 prisoners whilst on a mission behind enemy lines ("What was I supposed to do, it was a behind-enemy-lines mission, and besides, those SS bastards had it coming to them") and failing to maintain a clean and orderly appearance during an award ceremony ("I guess 3rd strikes out, whoops, can't be any worse than have to serve under this idiot guess you'll have to transfer me to a different regiment.") Spends most of his time digging, building, or otherwise creating defensive positions to hide in when things inevitably go to shit. Is the type of guy who would tape 6 short-fused frag grenades to the inside of a blast door on the off chance that the enemy manages to open it.

Franek is apparently the only one who anyone decided to strap in because you find yourself laying on the roof of the tank with Franek dangling from his seatbelt over your head.
"ok. Step one, you have to pick up a shell."
Franek responds with continued unconsciousness.
"Firmly grasp it."
If there's no way to help Franek or any other wounded by Medical bagging them for physical health:
Try to heal up mental damage.
Maybe even give directions so the tank doesn't ram itself into people or places where they can't practically fit at all.
Also overwatch, and being part of the squad that moves out after we're all sure the tank won't blow up.
Really suggesting to not fire a tank round here.

Description:
An average sized woman with an athletic build.
She comes from Brazil, where she was secretly trained as a spy. Despite her training, she took up more combat skills than she did stealth and espionage. She was deployed with the Brazilian Navy in the Atlantic for some time before being sent on reconnaissance in Italy, from there she somehow ended up here.
She wears a grey knitted wool cap. It has ear flaps that dangle down several inches, in the style of many South American knitted hats. It is formed to look like it has cat ears, and it has two larger buttons fastened to look like the eyes. When she has her combat helmet on, the cap is worn underneath as a helmet liner.

You lot walk down the stone hallway. It goes maybe 40 feet and Carolina, with her experience in Italy, notes that it bears an odd resemblance to a roman aqueduct in design, though slightly different, more primitive. After the 40 feet the hall turns abruptly to the left and then ends in a very out of place metal wall. Clearly modern, the wall has a single door in the center, also metal, with no window. Denver tries the handle and to everyone's surprise it turns without issue and the door swings open. The room beyond is more of a circular hallway than a traditional room. Its a hall, about 4 feet wide and 7 feet tall, that goes in a circle forming a ring shaped room. The room has three windows on the inner side, spaced out in 90 degree increments around the circle, with a door in the place where the fourth window would have gone. The rest of the room is filled with monitoring equipment: Film cameras at each window, Magnetic tape audio recording machines, and a huge communication panel, something like a switchboard. There are lights overhead and they're on, humming slightly. At the back of the room there is a large refrigerator, all solid stainless steel and cold to the touch.
Through the windows you can see another room, a circular ruin entirely encircled by this modern room. Its about 15 feet across with a low domed ceiling and lines of carved faux pillars along the edge. The ground looks to be flat stone but is entirely covered in a thin layer of grayish dust. Looking up at the ceiling, you can just spot a part of an engraving, though you can't see the whole thing from this angle.
