Fly to the roof, set it on fire, then dance through the walls.

You have the vines on the walls claw their way into the masonry, and start constricting the entirety of the thing with its very own out-of-control garden. You see the great work of time take root in short form as the walls start to disintegrate in places under the pressure, the demons imbued into the structure of the castle seemingly getting into the spirit of things and starting to tear the place apart of their own volition. THEY WERE MORE DUST THAN STONE ANYWAY But nevertheless gratifying to destroy! fun for the whole devilry

Meanwhile, you start to walk around the courtyard. Groundskeeper Willem's head shows you the way, and your memories tell you, in fact, where the bodies of this place are buried. As far as bodies go, you figure after spending a few minutes digging like a madwoman, these are both reasonably old and greatly steeped in tragedy. Four of them, in fact, no doubt old apprentices who met with terrible misadventure. You whistle - here, demons! Take these!

And true enough, three immediately fly into the three most well-preserved ones, which rise from their shallow graves with the great joy, delighted at the substance you have gifted them with. The fourth, sadly, is too twisted and destroyed to be of any use, so that one you just go ahead and eat out of habit. Such a delightful bouquet of promises unkept! tragedies untold Power vanquished! fate scorned but not defied FAIRLY RICH IN MINERALS AS WELL

You turn back to the castle just in time to see a part of it collapse, seemingly on top of someone judging by the terrible unearthly shriek, the satisfying sound of exactly 205 bones ONE WAS GIVEN AWAY snapping all at once and the supernatural whoosh and flash of a good dozen demons given ectoplasmic substance evaporating. You know this to be Reuben the guard, fatally robbed of a final confrontation with a worthy foe. GOOD fuck him Exactly the man we were hoping to crush.

Which leaves you with the last bit - the central tower, the best-preserved and most resistant to the siege tactics you have employed. With a single gesture you beckon the stable boy to assist you, and you and your three demonic corpses are conveyed to the skies, landing right on top of the tower. Crawling carefully over the top, you look for a likely entrance, and find it in the form of a small window on the roof.

When you float in through said window, however, you find yourself very much expected - before you stands lovely Lena, the last of the apprentices and undeniably among the most beautiful people you've seen in your life. She greets you quite amicably, and asks you if you and your demonically possessed corpse friends would like some dinner. aha do you see it Oh yes. TWIN DEMONS OF LOVE AND BEAUTY how delightfully antithetical

3/3 Demonic Operatives Left

Pick 3:

A) Tear her face off. IT'D LOOK SO MUCH BETTER ON YOU
B) Politely decline her invitation. no need to be rude about it
C) Have a nice bit of dinner. I'd like to see where she's going with this!
D) Steal the silverware. discreetly of course
E) Comment on the weather. That's what regular people do as far as we're aware.
F) Bite her non-lethally. JUST A FRIENDLY WARNING INSTEAD MAYBE
G) Confess frankly about your intentions. we'll figure out what they are as we go
H) Vomit profusely onto Lena. WORKED LAST TIME IT WAS PROPOSED
I) Seek common ground on basis of irresistibility. It must be difficult for people like us to be so impossibly hot all the time.
J) Become incredibly poisonous. some of this plant life on you has to be incredibly lethal

DEJ

The only thing that makes sense.  Have dinner, steal the silverware and become poisonous, since you are probably the main dish.

Just a nice break from that while killing thing. For now.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

You smile brightly as you place your hands on the sides of Lena's head, and she hesitantly smiles back and begins to say something when you start working your claws into her temples. She starts screaming and fighting and your entourage of possessed corpses move in to hold her down as you rather slowly start to peel her face off. SHH don't struggle It will only make things worse.

As the noise becomes unmanageable, you let thorns on your sleeves sink into her head and inject a myriad poisons into her blood, which help her relax somewhat and ease her into a creeping acceptance of the less-than-delicate operation you are subjecting her to. This helps matters significantly, and within a minute or so you have finished the deed, and pass the rest of her on to your operatives as you go on to explore the rest of the castle, the entirety of the staff now either brutally murdered or subverted. TO THE VICTOR GO THE SPOILS

As you proceed to utilize this opening to help yourself to the dusty silverware in the downstairs kitchen area, you are approached by a group of bloodhounds. You wonder how they opened the doors before one of them speaks.

Er, he begins, not that he's about to tell you what to do, the dog says, but are you going to head for the Count or what? He's probably downstairs in the inner sanctum/reflection chamber/panic room if you.

Right, you jangle to action with several pounds of cutlery and plates, the Count! THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM the core of the rebellion Probably not that bad of a guy, save for making the poor decision of fucking with us.

Pick 3:

A) Dig straight down! you'll find the right place eventually
B) Send an expedition of tree roots. Should be able to reach with some doing.
C) Craft a nobility dowsing rod. seeks out blue blood like a charm
D) Take the stairs like a non-insane person. HE'LL NEVER EXPECT IT
E) Send in the possessed corpses first! They're not entertaining enough to keep around.
F) Dive between reality's seams. might be faster Though less certain spatially.
G) Bring fire into the cellars! YOU CAN MAKE PLENTY FOR ANY PURPOSE
H) Toss an exploratory burr down the steps. best part is this one's poisonous too

Lets be sensible about this and take the stairs, while crafting a magic artifact, and preparing to dive through time and space to him once we finish.

You begin to carefully fashion a most clever device out of an absinthe spoon and several other odds and ends as you order the trees to dig into the very foundations of the castle to root out that bastard Count, and it's in no time at all that you've made very respectable progress - a fortified chamber reveals itself below ground between all the derelict tunnels, perhaps the only well-kept part of the entire castle. You surround it and envelop it, but it doesn't yield just yet. CRACK IT OPEN let the demons spill out

Feeling certain the area is secure, you head down with Jules and your demon friends, walking through the winding tunnels and wandering along empty halls filled only with the creaking of rapidly spreading tree roots. Eventually you come to a tall, forbidding steel door. Pah, a mere door! WON'T STOP US unless it's more than a foot thick, which it very well might be

This'd be the inner sanctum, Jules nods, right about where he remembered it - the Count was very particular about the sealing, said it had to be lead-lined and everything, was a nightmare to set up. Even worse how he insisted the builders be killed right afterward. Very secretive, that man.

You hear muffled shouting from within. It must be extremely loud to be even scarcely audible through the door. IS HE STARTING THE PARTY WITHOUT US

Pick 3:

A) Go around the door. They never do secure the walls!
B) Reject human form for the moment. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO OPERATE WITH SO FEW LIMBS
C) Knock and ask to be let in. taking the stairs seemed to work out fabulously
D) Shape your throat to empower your voice. YOU GET MORE WITH A KIND WORD AND DREAD SORCERY THAN YOU DO WITH JUST A KIND WORD
E) Eat an operative for inspiration. Can never say no to a well-aged corpse.
F) Shout back that it's over. you have him surrounded
G) Clutch the sanctum in a death grip. SURRENDER YOUR SECRETS
H) Ask Jules to talk to the Count. shouting in a bunker is very ignoble behavior and he should stop
