You are all pilots in the battle of brittan. You all must defend your homeland from the encroaching nazis. You can attempt any action you like, (provided it is somewhat reasonable, eg. no wizardry or ascention into godhood etc.) and the dice will decide if you succeed or fail. In this first battle, it is 100 british planes against 80 luftwaffe aircraft. Give me a quick character sheet, and you'll join right in the battle.

Anything else you want to add: (optional)

Yep. That's the character sheet. I'm not putting any work into this, why should you?

GET FLYING!

Alright let's roll to see what you're flying:

Monkey: 6

You are flying the space shuttle. It is a highly advanced, some would say futuristic craft. Capable of going into low-earth orbit, and landing like a glider.
Armament: none.
Payload: 50,000 pounds of expensive satelites.

Michael Chatterton: 3

You are flying a close-air-suport fighter. Not exactly meant for air-to-air combat, but it will do well enough. It is reasonably fast, but not very maneuverable. It has twin 30 mm guns that would make quick work of anything you hit, but hitting nimble air targets will be somewhat difficult.
Armament: twin 30 mm guns.
Payload: 100 pounds of bombs

Battle overview:

Nazis:
10 level bombers
30 fighter-escorts
20 dive bombers
10 scouting aircraft
10 attackers

80 total

British:
98 unknown planes
1 space shuttle
1 close air support fighter

Anybody can join in whenever they want. And if you die, you can just make a new character and hop in an unused plane.

You are flying an interceptor. Very fast, and extremely nimble. It also has a small frame, making it very difficult to hit. As a bonus,it's cockpit is long enough to allow you to comfortably sip some tea while flying with the other hand. It has one moderately strong gun with a high rate-of-fire which makes it easy to hit targets, but requires quite a few hits to down particularly large targets.
Armament: single 20mm cannon.
Payload: a nice cup of tea.

Battle overview:

Nazis:
10 level bombers
30 fighter-escorts
20 dive bombers
10 scouting aircraft
10 interceptors

80 total

British:
97 unknown planes
1 space shuttle
1 close air support fighter
1 interceptor

Alright, time to light 'em up. Find and shoot some Nazi's.

You are flying an interceptor. It is slightly bigger, slower, and more sluggish than Reginalds, but it makes up for this with a second 20mm cannon. It can still fly circles around slower planes, but it is more vulnerable to turret fire. But manage to line up a shot, and nothing will survive for long.
Armamant: Twin 20mm canons
Payload: A name tag. So people can know your name without having to ask (but for some reason, they always do.)

Michael Chatterton: 2
You fly towards the nearest nazi aircraft, and light 'em up. Unfortunately, the plane you were targetting was an interceptor, and it easily dodges your fire, and sends some your way. Your big plane takes quite a big amount of damage before the interceptor disengages, but you are still flying... barely.

Battle overview:

Nazis:
10 level bombers
30 fighter-escorts
20 dive bombers
10 scouting aircraft
10 interceptors

80 total

British:
96 unknown planes
1 space shuttle
1 close air support fighter
2 interceptor

You get in formation with a dozen other planes, and charge a nazi level bomber left vulnerable by Michael's incursion. The bomber's turrets take out one of your wingmen, but the rest pepper the fuselage with bulletholes, your own shots disable two engines, causing the bomber to dip down towards the surface. You see the white dots of parachutes fly out of the plane. It is well and truly dead. Your wingmen seperate, and target other planes. One bomber down.

Battle overview:

Nazis:
9 level bombers
30 fighter-escorts
20 dive bombers
10 scouting aircraft
10 interceptors

79 total

British:
95 unknown planes
1 space shuttle
1 close air support fighter
2 interceptor

Bear: 1
You are flying a kite. As in, you are riding a kite in the air, with the kite tethered to the ground. You float among the flying planes, having no control of your direction or orientation. If anyone shoots at you, you are dead.
Armament: none
Payload: none

Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz: 4 (wow, that's your third four in a row)
A nazi fighter-escort decides to engage you, now that its bomber was shot down. But you expected this. With a quick barrel roll, you end up behind the Nazi fighter, while didging his fire at the same time. You line up a shot, and unleash a full second of machine gun fire straight through the spine of his plane. you see the pilot slump in his seat, and the plane takes a nose-dive to join it's bomber it failed to protect. Keep up the kills like this, and you are sure to get a medal back home.

Battle overview:

Nazis:
9 level bombers
29 fighter-escorts
20 dive bombers
10 scouting aircraft
10 interceptors

78 total

British:
94 unknown planes
1 space shuttle
1 close air support fighter
2 interceptor
1 kite

Jump out of the kite and try to hijack a enemy plane mid-air.
