Sorgina struggled to keep standing, between the trembles and the flash of red from the raven's eyes. She flipped her tome open to the page she marked and set her eyes on one of the poor souls dead ahead.

"Ach! A raven's never just a raven 'round 'ere, is it?" Katherine unwinds her Holychain and brings her arm back, preparing for a strike.

Reynaud holds the frontline by striking Corpse B.

Then Matthew stopped himself from throwing a bottle of precious liquid.

The black bird swooped in and pecked at Julius' face.

The corpses meanwhile concentrated on Katherine, who easily evaded their rotting claws.

Julius tried to cover himself from the raven's assault, putting his whip back to place.

Cursed beast! I will purify the devil out of you if he doesn't cut you down! Julius threw a bottle of what seemed water at the undead.

Holytov cocktail the raven or Corpse C if raven got turned into nuggets (or left at 1 HP). Enjoy splashkill.

Reynauld swung his sword at the raven, but the bird was faster.

Unfortunately it flew right into a bottle thrown by Julius, and the bird exploded in blue flames. The fiery water burnt the other enemies too.

The group continues for a while longer, before another batch of corpses - and skeletons even - rises from the ground. This land is wholesomely cursed.
