We've got the base down, if we pull this off we can kick some serious ass way ahead of schedule.

Here's my shot at a simple revision text:
Project Blood Eagle: This modification to the failed reactive armor project earlier is to tweak the sensitivity of the explosives used in order to fix two major problems of the previous ERA: 1. Ensuring that a hit to one plate doesn't set them all off, and 2. to ensure that it takes sufficiently large munitions to actually damage the tank to set them off. It also attempts to ensure that the armor doesn't damage the tank when it goes off.

An advantage of the Tauchpanzer project is that our tanks can lay down in ambush in rivers (which admittedly sounds insane and probably is) , gives us some submarine knowledge and opens the stage for just deploying our tanks far from the coast and let them do the rest on the sea floor.

Also, the 15 m rubber hose is historical.

Hey. How about spending a revision on upgrading our aging auto-cannon? This boost all our fighters and gives us a better tool for hunting raiders

ERA is still to complex to try with a mere revision

What, we can't shoot their raiders with a RPG?

Also, the 15 m rubber hose is hysterical.

I think that the problem with our armor isn't its offensive capability, since we can pop the Raiders like balloons, but rather survivability, since they keep killing our tanks regardless.

I'm voting for a radar revision.

FIX THE RADAR: Improved range and the ability to detect ships makes this radar useful for hunting down enemy vessels, especially in bad weather where their flak vessels can't see our planes til they're right on top of them.
EDIT for priority:
Goals:
RANGE. ALL THE RANGE.
Secondary concern: Detecting ships

Praise the Great Rocket, no more Radar.

We use it fine on the ocean, where it matters.

Powder has the right idea.  The ERA was totally doable in a revision and had a 1/3 chance of working with no prior experience.  We stand a solid chance of getting it working this turn.  Let's not walk away from half-working projects to start on new ones, guys.

I do like the submerged 15m hose, but that might be better to include in an amphibeous APC design.

Alternatively...there will be fog this turn.  Upgrading the radar to detect ships might be handy...

We have to use our planes at sea, they don't. That means that during fog, they can find us, but we can't find them.

Here's the issue: If, right now, a Wasp Nest can JUST BARELY scramble all its fighters in time to meet an enemy attack, our new, slow, heavy, high-altitude fighters won't get to fighting altitude in time. Also, we have more of them on carriers, and they're heavier and slower (Harder to move), so they won't all launch without that radar range revision.
