As would hydrophones, any method of finding the enemy in unclear conditions would help.

At the risk of being heavy-handed in terms of GM advice, yes, RADAR would definitely help with winter fog, as might SONAR. The fog is only a crippling problem for the Winter season... but you'll notice, I mentioned that "Night fighting is often under similar conditions, in any season". So RADAR would enable you to better engage their ships at night, as well as aircraft if they send aircraft to defend at night. However, RADAR would not be very helpful with ground targets, I think.

IT can help with detection, especially in combination with triangulation.

Could be a traitor.  Kot might be selling him our designs in exchange for a seaplane.
Eh, if we got an actual rebel gameplay for Arstotzka or something, I suppose. Sadly I am stuck with you guys.
I'll maybe write up a float plane later, also I'm still looking for someone to do the background to the recruitment poster, you know which.

The traitor could be somebody, who was in forenia but decided to run away and help cannala. How many people do we know, who fought in the old war but didn't come back for this one?

Aseaheru, is it you?

I'll go ahead with Reckless Effect soon most likely, though we have a lot less voters active this turn so far.

There don't tend to be as many voters if the general direction is something people agree on, they pile in if there's a massive argument about it.
It's the Forenian way.

Hey sensei, it still says we're in 1938 when it should be 1939

If we go by the Southern Hemisphere, it actually should be still 1938.

DecJanFeb is summer, MarAprMay is fall, JunJulAug is winter, and SepOctNov, now, is spring.

So, speaking of Paradropping in armies, when do we want to design a transport glider?

We might not want to bother, a advance transport and or helicopters can do the same thing with more versatility.
