Forenia's first aircraft carrier, stripped of all uneccesary weight, perhaps even the top deck, with all it's plane complement replaced by armoured vehicles and other equipment desperately tied down to whatever is there. The front of the ship is equipped with a crude ramp that is used to disembark the shaken troops onto the foreign soil after the ship rams into the beach at full speed to get as far as it is possible. It doesn't have to hold up well afterwards, all it has to do is get stuff onto the enemy soil.

UFN-LC-42 'Sodium Chlorinator'
A modified Wasp Nest with provision for the storage of tanks in the hangar bay (Using simple larger eye-bolts and chains) and other things on the wooden deck (Same deal). A large light-armored ramp of roughly 16 meters' length, with 4-meter steel supports protruding from the bottom halfway down the ramp, makes it less seaworthy and also substantially more ugly, but the ability to drive tanks straight onto the beach and fire any artillery platforms stored on the deck (Now with light-armor railing/skirt to protect infantry and gunners atop it!) at defenses from point-blank range is too hilarious good to pass up. To clarify: The ramp, when deployed, sits at a 30* angle (at worst) from horizontal, and goes from the beach straight into the hangar, which allows tanks and even trucks to drive down it quite easily. The steel supports sit halfway down the ramp, and give it the extra, well, support that it needs so that it doesn't do something unpleasant like bending or something.

I'm going to leave this here until Sensei responds to me on Discord, just so it can't get lost to the horrors of accidental window-closing.

You do understand that a quiver typically holds a multitude of wooden shafts, yes? Also that we need to mutilate the Victoria into a burning beached whale for ethical reasons?

Deadliest Victoria Cannons

The auto firing solutions for the Victoria cannon is assisted by the on-board deadliest ray radar feeding information directly into the mechanical calculators which is automatically relayed to the cannons.  This allows firing solutions to be calculated at the same rate as the Victoria cannons can be fired, drastically increasing accuracy across all ranges.

I would like everyone to consider an actual landing craft, which at this point looks like itd be simpler and more effective than smashing our boats against the shore line.  It'd likely be a Normal difficulty, and definitely no harder than Hard.

The CV22 is outdated like nobody's business. The Wooden Spear would be powered by train engines. The Boxcar seems more sensible.

Here's the thing, this is the revision phase.  What the hell are you revising the Boxcar from?

I dunno. Where did we revise our sunglasses (which I remind you are crucial to our ongoing military success) from?
eS outlined the logic with the proposal: you can design 'new' things during the revision phase, it'll just be one step harder than if you did so in the design phase. (I seem to remember Sensei saying words to that effect... I think?)

Mind you, I'm not in love with the Boxcar. It's more that basing a lander off of the CV22 is silly, and the Boxcar is the only alternative with a chance of winning (at the moment).
I mean, some of the other CV22 conversion proposals are better, in that they specify replacing the engines at least. I might be willing to back a version that does that bare minimum.

They were part of a uniform revision.

That's not how revisions work.  They work on the basis that you modify from an existing technology, and have a +1 to the difficulty level when you do so.  With nothing to revise off of, you can't perform the action.

Hmm. Maybe you're right.
That doesn't make the Wooden Spear a good idea. It uses train engines.

I guess I'll vote for the most sensible version of the CV22.

The biggest problem with the Wasp's Nest conversions is the length of the ramp, yes? So here's a proposal that'd make the first 4 meters of said ramp inset onto the hull. (Sorry Madman for mostly Copy/Pasting your Sodium Chlorinator)
Is it a bit insane? Yes, but the conversion shouldn't be that hard to accomplish, yeah?..

A large light-armored ramp of roughly 16 meters' length; although the first 4 of which are inset into the hull (which has a thin, rubber sealed gate to prevent any issues with being too close to the waterline), cutting cargo space slightly but shortening the ramp's freestanding length to 12 meters, with 3-meter steel supports protruding from the bottom halfway down the ramp, makes it less seaworthy and also substantially more ugly, but the ability to drive tanks straight onto the beach and fire any artillery platforms stored on the deck (Now with light-armor railing/skirt to protect infantry and gunners atop it!) at defenses from point-blank range is too good to pass up.
