You may want to go a little into how the Tiger's Roar encryption is accomplished.

HEIAP(High Explosive Incendiary Armor Piecing) Rounds
Designed after a heated debate on what was the best type of round the HEIAP round does it all. It's a copper jacketed round tipped with a incendiary powder. The back of the round is made up of a tungsten penetrator with impact delayed explosive inside another incendiary liner. On hitting a target the incendiary powder bursts into flames and and the tungsten penetrator then punches through normally dragging some powder into the vehicle. Once this is done the impact delayed explosive charge detonates and send fragments of both the metal and incendiary kind flying around the insides of the vehicle. A single round into the crew compartment of a raider can both kill crew and start a number of fires. It's design mainly for 20mm rounds but can be used on 12mm and up.

How about Moskurg code talkers? the idea worked for the Americans and Moskurgian? would probably be more a pain in the ass to translate.

For voice encryption? It's going to be fucking HUGE device we need to make, not a handheld radio. Not unless we have pretty damn efficient transistors.

Other than that it'd just be best to devise a code essentially.

We got a plan for if in Discord, but still i betting there are a few native languages that are found nowhere else that we could use for major strategic orders and eventually more down towards tactical orders, it'll add a massive step to breaking our codes since then you need to properly translate properly if you don't have anyone that speaks it already.

We should try to make the tiger's roar an FM radio, rather than AM that everyone else is using. it'll mean our radios get better range and quality and they still won't be able to listen in to them.

We're using a revision here and they have not actually cracked our encryption, I say we just make it smaller.

We could blur the sound and then use image enhancement!

Or maybe just Split the signal into three based on frequency and invert one of them. Base the break-points on a codebook result and the target's identity?

Why radio? Can't we really find something more important? A little list of things to consider

1) Making lighter version of our autocannon
2) Rearming our destroyers with proper naval guns, they have place for larger ones.
3) Upgrading engines of our 3 engine bombers, we got a lot of engine experience and bombers will benefit tremendously from this
4) Making a flamethrower version of our heavy tank
5) Revising enlarged version of Dolphin to be used on surface ships
6) Revising a bomber version of reckless effort

Any of those look way more useful than more compact radio. And most of them are in easy\normal range.
