If we actually gun for the allies, we should probably give them the best design we can think of -- the Stinger suggestion is more or less a placeholder for now, I don't know if it's better than Allied planes or not.

I feel that we will join the comintern. We will like their tanks, they will like how cheap all our junk is, And the socialist and PaRoI parties will probably get popular and political blessings from over there...
The axis is the immediate choice. Technology is the bonus that we want.
Allies make long-term sense. They are good at boats and large aircraft and decent at subs and could use a bit of help with their light aeroplanes and rockets, especially early-on. But long-term it will cost us if we fall victim to the lend-lease program...

Let's send the Reckless.  Biggest transport plane in the current era, and it's reliable as fuck to boot.  It won't be killing dudes, but it'll help massively with logistics.  Germany doesn't have any 4-engine aircraft at this point, I think.

If we send the germans the RPG they'll be that much better equipped to deal with the soviet tanks. They already have aircraft better than the reckless and the Tiger armour is too situational.

We could consider sending over our carrier design. If I recall correctly they didn't see a whole lot of propagation until late 1940.
