Since he's a doctor his style revolves around suturing/thread, or I guess more broadly he's centered around "connections", like the connections that keep people's bodies together, as well as connections like how bricks are connected in a wall, or one person may become connected to another person or place through certain methods, etc, etc. Always with that thread motif, though.

Like endlessblaze said, knowing what happened in the last game doesn't matter. All you need to know is that it's a nondescript city on the east coast of north America, you're a god, and the world's your oyster.
