Not so subtly hint that I'll run a news story on the miser-like business practices of modern gun stores, which maaaaay hurt his clientele, if I don't get a generous discount.
7v10: The shopkeeper pulls out a loaded shotgun from behind the counter and cocks it.
"Don't take kindly to blackmail around here. Sides, you don't work for any news agency I know of. Now get out of my store."
Well, that went poorly. He'll probably charge you extra now if you come back...
Use my painting supplies to paint on a wall a graphiti insulting feminists and normies
5+4: You find a place to legally paint grafitti, and get to work. After a little while, you've created an impressive artwork for all to see. Lets see if people will like it.
Reaction 1: Looks like there's some people walking towards you. Oh shit, they're from a feminist rally!
4+2v5: They start yelling and screaming to you about the patriarchy, so you book it out of there quickly. They begin to chase you down the street! Looks like one of them is recording!
Painting supplies -10%
Alright, let's vacate the area and start operation "The Great Collapse" aka. call my party people and have them sabotage shit out of city foundation. Perhaps we can make entire city collapse and kill others with it, but I'm happy with merely breaking blocks around the starting park.
4: You head to a nearby payphone and shove a couple quarters into it. You begin contacting your fellow party members. Unfortunately, the Polish Nazi party is rather defunct. You'll have to put it back together yourself. While digging through the nearby phone book, you eventually find a group you think would be sympathetic to your goals. The National Socialist movement has a D.C. branch. You make the call and wait.
Someone picks up the phone. "Hello, this is the National Socialist party."
8v6 You spend some time detailing your plan, but even after learning of your party membership, it is a tough sell.
"I'll put you through to the boss, hold on..."
"All right, tell me why you think we should go along with this. We're on thin ice as it is, and open violence and vandalism certainly don't seem a good way to promote our cause."
You'll have to think your answer through carefully. You're pretty sure you only have one shot at this. Your bonuses will probably help here, so use them wisely.
speed up myself so I can use the A-wing at it's full potential, then keep shooting DolosusDoleus
Try to open communications with ziizo
"Nice shooting skills! What are you gonna do, miss me to death?"
Continue engaging in evasive maneuvers, have the masked man keep trying to shoot ziizo.
Init: 5v2
ziizo Flying: 3+A lot
DolosusDoleus tries to taunt ziizo, but the rushing wind is too strong to be heard over! The big guy points the machine gun towards the A-Wing, but suddenly ziizo distorts the time around his starfighter, and the already fast craft goes into overdrive!
Dur: 2, 10, 8, 5
End: 6, 10
Ziizo flies straight at the outdated fighter and fires a barrage of attacks! Four shots embed themselves into the side of the pepe plane! Ziizo pulls up to avoid crashing, and gets ready for a second attack!
The meme machine is torn apart in an instant, and flame engulfs the chassis! Dolosus is heavily burned but manages to survive, while the big guy leaps out of the burning plane to relative safety!
Unfortunately for the two of them, WW1 planes don't come with parachutes, and they begin to fall towards the ground from above Volta Park! Viable "soft" landing zones include trees, cloth overhangs, and the swimming pool in the center. They don't have long to influence their trajectory.
keep looking for house. Don't be a murderhobo. Be a murderhomeowner!
10+3: You head north at breakneck speed! Not a single traffic light dares halt your passage through any crosswalk! You arrive at a homely looking... home, and recognize it as your own. You unlock the door and head inside. What could you find? You'll just have to look.
Ride my beast over to tour the National Mall. I'm in DC, wouldn't want to miss it.
(This is apparently a 1 hour drive from volta park. This might take a little while.)
4+2: As Fallacy rides off into the distance, Enemy post decides to do a bit of sightseeing instead. He starts heading east towards the National Mall. One can only wonder what he wants to see first.
Luk 10: His unusual mount attracts a fair bit of attention, but people seem to give it a wide berth. Travel speed moderately increased for awhile.
Estimated arrival time: 8-9 more turns. (Gonna be semi generous here. Higher rolls mean faster arrival.)
Purchase one bag of coal, then bike off. Scout the area, figure out if there are any warriors nearby. If attacked, ride towards enemy(+1) and hit them with saber. What exactly constitutes special ops techniques?
5+1: Fallacy buys a bag of anthracite, and bikes off. While he pedals, he takes some time to remember
the basics of cqc his special ops training. He was largely trained in subterfuge. Disguise, stealth, acting, cracking codes, lockpicking, all that good stuff. He didn't get much in terms if physical combat, though he knows a thing or two.
Explore around town.
1+2: Rautherdir keeps driving, and runs over a big pothole!
6: The vehicle jars a bit, but there isn't any serious damage.
1: Somehow she feels like she's getting further away from the Edel Raid, despite that her senses don't indicate any such thing.

Active effects: 1: Convince people that it is a different time than it really is. Cooldown varies with number of targets as well as the time chosen.
