"Hurr I spent $200 and didn't get anything." "Oh well, such is the gacha way. Just try again." Like people using heroin in the 1800s. It's apparently "cool" to spend $150 each month on a worthless online slot machine that doesn't even reward you with real money like a real slot machine would.
"I have a job and I allocated my budget to accomodate it." Uh huh, wow. Great fucking job. You put money you could have saved up, spent on food, or done something that would actually impact something in reality on fucking 2mb of art. Literally just art. The same art you can get for free online on the wiki. Wtf is wrong with you?
If these people throw hundreds or thousands of dollars into a game and then ever fucking utter the words,
"man, I'm too broke" or
"I can't afford that", I wish for them to be incinerated from the left lung outwards. Just burn to death in complete agony. I wish them to suffer an eternity of pain so they can learn.
I have friends who have spent $3000, $1500, $2000 in total in Dota 2. A free fucking game. You get no competitive benefits for paying anything, only hats. These same half wits live trashcan lives out of their parent's basements, can't even afford their own car, and practically have no future. Almost 30 years old, achieved nothing. They waste away all their money in these awful, addictive practices and during their most important years when they need the most money, they put it into something that benefits them in no material form whatsoever. The same amount of money could have been used to buy a goddamn car. Instead they have digital hats. Wow, frigging fantastic. These same people constantly tell me
"why didn't you buy the compendium? You're rich aren't you?" Maybe I'm rich because I don't waste my money on trash like that.

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't give a shit if people waste their money on nonsense. Lose their lives to drugs or alcohol. I don't give a flying fuck. Go bankrupt after borrowing from loan sharks to play the races? I don't care.
But because of these goddamn fucking morons, the rest of us have to put up with games that are intentionally gimped so they can chunk out the remains for gambling.
