Kinda with everyone else here, OSG probably should've been done in yesterday. This whole pushing G'fish thing looks like scum trying to off their inactive buddy for Town cred anyway.

He's one of the four folk I'm willing to vote for. I'd prefer an extension and a bit more activity to be sure, but I don't know if people will be active during it. I'll be inactive over the weekend, probably less active on Monday, and unable to really post 'til shortly before the deadline Tuesday.

If it's any consolation, I don't like the way you're pushing G'fish as scummy for the same reasons that resulted in your predecessor being a lynch candidate, and you're not so much pushing a case as appearing to want acknowledgment from others that you're actually doing something.

Right off the bat, Gentlefish admit's he's lazy/busy (or claims to be busy when he's really just lazy.) As Hepah pointed out, lazy people could easily be scum who don't care about scumhunting, since they already know who town and scum are. Or they could be useless townies. We'll see how he develops. Overall, he has a really crap RVS. Not contributing anything to the discussion other than answering questions posed at him, and telling TBF and roo off. He never really pressures people, either asks them to elaborate, or rebukes them. Not really any discussion-inducing content. If I were to describe him, I'd almost say he is pretending to be an IC, but never playing the game like a real player (at least to the part of the game I got to, maybe he changes later).

Definitely busy. But the past week has been lazy, I guess. Not been feeling much motivtion for... much, really. But I gotta post. And want to, honestly. Now I've actually managed to decompress from everything that happened in the past week, I'm good to go if I manage to stay back ontop of it.

Let me know if I've missed anything important. I'll be posting again later tonight during a Pathfinder session since my character actually tends to have some idling time and combat takes forever. I'll use the lurkertracker to get at the goodies. Right now I'm just combing through D2 to see what I can get. I promise I'll get back to the D1 stuff I missed, I'm just in an awkward setup right now. Also, I am a novice, if not a pure beginer. I saw people talking about that. This is maybe my 3rd or 4th mafia game here.

Gentlefish, roo: get off the sidelines please. If you can't find anything to confront someone about, then you arent being thourough enough. For example, I'm waiting for someone to confront me about me taking contradictory positions on 4mask in my posts yesterday. Nobody seems to have caught it yet that ive called him both town and scum, almost back to back. I know why I did it, but its still a questionable thing to do. If I didn't have a good reason for it, it would be a signal of me not having a real opinion or read of him, which is scummy because scum have to fake their reads of people, since they actually know people's alignment and arent guessing, unlike the rest of us.

Thanks for the bait, but this game is about bouncing back and forth. Doll was trying to bait too, talking about their "grand scheme". I don't know why people do that. Does it help remove suspicion somehow, pretending there's something more behind your scumhunting? It's honestly more suspicious to me that you're pointing out your own flaws. And I suppose the scum might try to play like scum and get people lynched beneficially to them, but that's such a difficult strategy, I can't imagine it's ever very effective unless you're a master puppeteer.

Right. Cool beans. I had the feeling something wasn't right in what we were communicating I just didn't know what it was.

I haven't dismissed your case. I haven't read it yet (or rather, not properly read it) so it would be foolish to do anything with it without reading it. I asked you to make that task easier (for everyone) but ah well, I'll get to it at some point. It's mostly the corroborating evidence with quotes (the why of your case) I'm interested in. Like I said, you quoted all Hapah's posts, twice hitting the character limit for a single post, that's a lot to go through and it's not immediately obvious which quotes you feel corroborates which parts of your assertions.

It would be to your favor to streamline things if you want the lazy folk like me to jump on the bandwagon, though.

Gentlefish: also still waiting on a response from my D1 stuff directed at you. You were also on two of the four bandwagons that formed yesterday, both of which were the easy targets who weren't contributing. Not looking good for you.

Bandwagons? Is one of them tbf? I started in on tbf first, I think, since I remember him defending himself against me specifically because I was up in arms about his immediate hostility to roo. I did vote Johiah earlier than my second vote where I said it was missed, and I specifically mentioned I was voting him due to his inactivity both times. Dead players are better than active players. I understand that, and again apologize for my absence.

Well that's it for me now folks. I'll be back later tonight (unless the day actually ends today, can I get a vote count please? If it is, I'll try to catch the most important things and have a case formed.) Right now, Lenglon and Hapah are on my radar for how hard they both went at each other on D1 end.

After some tepid discussion, you decide to maybe talk a bit longer. In the meantime, lots of nations are growing restless. If you don't decide something soon, you'll be unable to stop a global conflict from erupting.

Starting with Lenglon:
Right off the bat, you vote Hepah because you have a "vague malformed mistrust" of him. Then you fill in the gaps as far as a claim goes. Your main points of attack being his general inactivity. In chronological order, it appears to me that you just picked him at random, then bullshitted reasons later as they came in. You also are tunneling quite hard, not focusing on anybody else for quite a while. (until the end of day, to be precise). You finally vote for Hepah a day after your "vague malformed mistrust" of him, which continues my idea that you picked him at random, then bullshitted until you had a case. None of what you see as problems with Hepah I noticed (except the general inactivity, but 2/3 of the people here are guilty of that.) Also suspicious is the fact that Hepah doesn't seem like he's trying to defend himself at all, just kind of rolls with your punches, as if he doesn't care. This could mean he's a disintrested town (which I have been led to believe at this point in time) or in a scumteam with you. (I don't think a disintrested scum wouldn't care about your weak accusations. They would defend themselves I would suspect.

At the end of the day, you switched your vote around a lot, but I can understand that is because you were trying to avoid a nolynch, and made a logical error when seeing if the game was tied or not. My main gripe with you is your tunneling of Hepah, and your "shoot now ask questions later" mentality.

Not quite as scummy as Gentlefish, who needs to do some serious scumhunting to convince me off of him.

Being a prolific poster doesn't mean I know what to say.

Right, I'd like OSG and TBF to give me their top 2 town (if it includes themselves I'll fuckin' kill 'em) and top 2 scum. Teebs: I don't care if you don't have a strong enough read on anyone to say so, just do it.
