How much would making my main predator nauseous cost?

Depends on how you propose to go about making them nauseous, but most likely 3. Like with a toxin of some sort, 3 since it requires evolving an entirely new system (for creating and spreading the toxin)

This would cost 2 EP for the ability to shoot teeth underwater like torpedoes (because that's a pretty complex set of muscles putting out a lot of force), and 1 EP for regrowable torpedo teeth.

Just waiting on one more. I've been writing up actions as they come in, so once the last person posts, there will be an update. Actually I'm going to go ahead and post, and edit in their evolution later. This will allow people to go ahead and post, if they so choose. Be forewarned, everything in the deep sea is subject to change based upon their evolution, so if you post for turn 3 before they post for turn 2, you may have to revise it. I'm mostly doing this now so shallow sea people can go ahead and start thinking about their next turn.

How much would it cost to grow a vacuum organ in the throat to suck up smaller creatures(Microsis exertialum size) for food when larger ones are scarce?

That would probably be 2 EP, that doesn't seem incredibly complex. Your creature is the largest around, so you'd likely end up sucking up larger creatures than the microscopic Microsis exertialum, but it would still work.

Yeah, 1 EP invested into vision will get you light sensitive spots. Not really vision, but it alerts you to light verses dark. Another point out of that can get fuzzy images. After that you can get visual acuity.

Nope, all species started with touch and have to develop other senses. Right now they're basically just chasing down and eating anything that moves.

It's relative the size of your creature. A single ep can get you a 50% increase to length or width.

Yeah no, oxygen isn't toxic. Although there isn't as much on this planet as earth, it's not uncommon.
