Proposal 1.6: Worship: Living beings who worship deities unconsciously give a minute amount of mana to each deity, to sustain it . By this method, proposal 1.4 and 1.5 are compatible.
Aakis is pleased with compromise.

Proposal 1.5.2: Deities: All gods are permitted to create sentient or non-sentient mana constructs at a rate of up to once per turn. Constructs created by this rule serve the creator absolutely, obeying all orders given to them by their creator. The constructs may not be of equal or greater power than their creator, and a given god cannot have more than X constructs at a time, where X is 3 plus (the number of turns the creator has existed)/5. X is rounded down if it is a decimal. Each created construct must have a given purpose, stated when created. Constructs may be commanded to do things outside of this purpose, but will be less effective in doing so.

Proposal 1.6.1: Improved Worship: Free-willed sentient beings who worship a Deity consciously generate a minute flow of mana to said Deity. If a Deity has enough worship, the limit on the number of Deities a given Council Member may have is waived for said Deity. In addition to this, a Deity that attains enough mana in this manner may gain increased power, durability, and potentially even free will.

Proposal 1.7.1: Starting Pangea: Our fundamental world is currently planning to create just a glob of water. With creating a starting landmass this will allow us to create life, and therefore the sentient kind to follow. This will allow each gods to improve their potency by gathering up worshippers and give us a basis to adapt the world in which each god sees fit. Essentially, this will be a starting piece of land on our starting planet, as I see many of the other gods going to want share followers in this realm, so this is next stepping stone.

Proposal 1.5.3: Deities->Avatars: The same concept as the already mentioned, deities, as their should be a limit and budget for them. As well as being commanded to follow the respective God. However, will from here and into the future be referred to as, Avatars.

Proposal 1.5.4: Avatars->Minions: Exactly the same as Proposal 1.5.2, except Deities are instead referred to as Minions.

The Great Terra just didn't start as a single planet with its continents, only over the course of time did it eventually finalize into its Gaian state. Over time the Great Terra starting as a glob of rock, than into glob of water, into a single pangea, and finally into a multitude of continents. I'd assume if you said creating a planet that attributes similar to earth, than it would start out as world without land masses. As this is starting state of the planet we are intending to create"

Aakis supports proposal 1.5.4. Ambiguity cannot be tolerated. Aakis's gavel swings and rings out against the blade of his axe throughout the void. Aakis's thoughts stray to the planet to be created. It should have all sort of terrain, of course, and some ocean. Aakis supports proposal 1.7, though he warns that the name scheme laid out by proposal 1.1 should be followed to the word if order is to be kept. Aakis also supports free-willed worship like that of proposal 1.6.1.

Passing proposals: 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5.X (I cannot tell which name scheme has the most votes), 1.6, and 1.7
Proposals still on the table: 1.5.X we need to discuss the names. Right now I think diety is in the lead, but that doesn't make any sense because you are all deities... and 1.6.1 has only one supporting vote. I think I may have missed one though, so if there is another proposal, please return it to the council in the next tick. All of these proposals need to be brought back to the floor (reproposed) in the next tick or they fail due to the end of the tick.

And so through the Power of Democracy, the Unamed World and Unnamed Star came into existance. They were earth-like in almost every way. The Unnamed World had a single large continent with ocean covering the rest of the planet. Mana was also instilled upon the world. This was the form of raw magic and it saturated the planet, taking different forms when manipulated. The gods also put into place a method of which to create Unnamed Entities aligned with their spheres.

Aakis is pleased with the proposals that are passed. He has, however, seen a few points that must be clarified.
Proposal 2.1:Written Votes: Votes for proposals are explicitly stated in the form: [god name] supports proposal [proposal number] , for absolute clarity, and whoever made the proposal obviously supports it.
Proposal 1.1.2: Extensions to passed proposals keep the tick number of the original

Rol Dee Hundred supports Proposal 2.1. Rol Dee Hundred supports Proposal 1.1.2. Rol Dee Hundred still supports Proposal 1.5.4. Rol Dee Hundred still supports Proposal 1.6.1.

Proposal 2.2: Reproposals: By saying reproposal directly before a quote of a proposal proposed but not passed in a previous turn/tick (up to 5 ticks ago), the proposal in the quote will be proposed once again, still having its previous number, and may be supported using that number.

Proposal 2.3: The provision we will hopefully never need to invoke: A given Council Member may call Judgement onto another Council Member. If a Council Member does this, they cannot do it again for 50 Ticks. When Judgement has been called down upon another Council Member, all Council Members other than that Council Member must vote Execution, Punishment, or No Punishment. Abstaining from voting is treated as No Punishment. If a supermajority(two thirds of all Council Members, or higher) of Council Members vote Punishment, the Judged Council Member cannot do anything other than vote on Proposals(but not make new ones) for the next 7 Ticks. If every Council Member except the Judged votes Execution, the Judged Council Member is permanently killed. ((The player who has had their Council Member killed may join the game with a new Council Member submission after 3 Ticks have passed.))

Rol Dee Hundred invokes the adding a moderate change clause of Proposal 1.3 and adding a minor change clause of Proposal 1.2.

Via Proposal 1.3, a massive tower of tungsten and titanium arises on a continent. This tower has twenty floors. If a sentient mortal enters the tower, they may choose to climb up the floors, playing a different game decided by Rol Dee Hundred on each floor. The only way to go up a floor is to win the game at the floor below it. If a sentient mortal wins the game on the twentieth floor, they may speak to Rol Dee Hundred personally and ask a wish of him, though he may not grant this wish if it isn't possible or he doesn't want to grant it.

Via Proposal 1.2, the sun displays a random number from 1 to 100 on the side of it facing the planet every one hundred years.

Proposal 1.5.3: Deity Constructs: The same rules as proposed above, simply called Deity Constructs.

As per Proposal 1.2, the sun shall have order and purpose. Its light shall never falter, and the fused materials shall recycle themselves back into base components so the sun shall always burn.

Via Proposal 1.3, a rigid temple of order, dedicated to me, shall form on the surface, made of purest of metals and marble. At the time Proposal 1.5.X passes, a deity construct (or minion, or avatar, or deity, whatever) shall guard the temple from those who would deface it. The construct has the ability to read minds as to ascertain their purpose, and is an animated golem made from pure white marble, with strains of gold and silver running through its body like arteries and veins. A center heart, the reservoir of mana for the creature, shall be made from a skin of obsidian, with liquid gold flowing through it.
