Vespa senses that they will be imminently dragged away from the beautiful machin- well, any machine still ranks as a machine, and attempts to persuade the drive to run a self-diagnostic, so at least something of value will be done today.

Well this will be boring. Vespa oozes out of the airlock and look for any balls of plasma in the sky.
