Bio: Having been called by the nickname "Atlys" and a friend-name "Day", and even a monicker of "Aurora" during her time in the academy, the theme of mental or physical strength alongside an idea of warmth revolves around "Meri"'s personality. Born to farmers of the steppes and cliffs and fishermen of the expanse and sea, Meris was an adopted child with little to no knowledge of her parents other than how she had arrived at the coastal village--her upbringing was filled with the best education could offer, as per any books that the community could share on with their income, and her talents were noted as a "gifted" child what with the early age she engrossed herself in with maturity and the love of learning. She was called to be a scholar, which would've been her initial calling had it not been for her choice to spend a few years tending to her 'family', that being the community at large, and developing herself both physically, emotionally, and mentally first--even at the cost of a scholarship at the local academy. Her strength in the fields and in the open sea was a needed benefit, and being around people older than her gave her quite a mix of traditional, antiquated, and progressive thinking patterns. She admired the connections people made with each other, and her force of personality (alongside rigorous testing and hardworking potential by local standards) would've been the secondary admission to a full scholarship in the academy despite rigid rules on age, in comparison to the provincial laws on commerce and economic benefits.

This all changed, however, when the fire nation attacked when war struck the lands. While over time she had procured a legal teacher by trade, desperation had affected the economic bloodline of the village; first were the familiar merchants being exchanged with heavy-handed men, with rumors that they were tax collectors in disguise, followed by the removal of local guardsmen--even including the local militia and any ships (fishing or otherwise) capable of hauling men or material leaving the bare minimum for its export potential, if at all possible now with lacking laborers. Its replacement were a 'guard garrison' from the Empire--common amongst the villages suited for agricultural expanse or service.

Meris was amongst the few villages who had stayed behind, with the bare minimum of training in her studies, latently capable yet realistically and efficiently practiced, it was only a matter of time before the ravages of war took their toll.

Harbinger of the Storm is no. Weather won't be coming up much (if at all, we'll see) so it isn't an effective PF.
Adeptus Tenere is also no. With a really nasty PF I might be willing to accept it, but it will most likely need to be boost DEF or RES, not both.
Tacit Caster is also no, but SoSaS is fine.

If I haven't commented on your sheet yet, assume it's fine as of now. Or I haven't seen it.

Bio: Ghamina al-Ghul was born in the Khanate, as her skin and method of dress clearly shows, in the al-Cules province on the coast. She was the second of two children and only daughter.

Her family was quite well off, as the minor nobility are compared to the smallfolk, and thus could afford to have her tutored in the traditional Khanate musical styles, while she learned of some Yerbian styles from traders and travellers in the port. Eventually, she intended to travel to the capital, and after gaining status as a impressive singer, would marry one of the upper nobility and thus advance in the world.

The arrival of the Cruel put paid to that. Her family fled overseas to the Empire, and their fortunes were suddenly a lot graver. With the wealth of nobility so tied up in property, there wasn't much they could bring with them on such short notice; they were abruptly poor.

Unacceptable! Ghamina was determined to establish herself with a better life already, so she made a plan...

Bio: Born around the coasts of Rasparol, Fey was raised under the constant threat of bandit raids and the like. Rather than hide away, Fey took up the axe and fought against oncoming bandits, much to the dismay of her parents who did not want to be any more involved than they already were. Since she still did care for her parents, she decided to leave home, with nothing but her axe keeping her company. The next decade of her life started off as she took over an outgoing ship and became a pirate. From there she began to muster up a crew and cause havoc for many a trade ship, boarding unsuspecting ships and avoiding capture. As the war with the Wastelanders began, Fey had little concern for them as they didn't pay her much mind. Bio:
Zachary was born as fourth son of a retired soldier who once fell in love with inn maid in a random village which then became their home. Zachary is a soldier, who likes swinging his halberd, but unlike his father, he likes being a soldier as well.

He was hired as a city guard. After some time, the unnerved commander re-assigned him elsewhere. This has continued for about four months, each of his officers unwilling to keep him in his team despite the fact that Zachary knows his bladework pretty well.

Then, Zachary got into a big trouble; a routine bandit removal job turned awry and Zachary had blood of three of his fellow soldiers on his halberd. His weapon confiscated, his rank stripped, he was thrown into jail, awaiting verdict, and, possibly, execution.

Elind was born in Blede to a farmer and a nun, near the border to the heartland. The couple met over religion and taught their two children, Elind and Arfir, the same ways. Like the other children in her town, she was taught how to farm and take care of livestock. However, unlike most her mother still practiced magic, thus she got to see the wonders of it from a young age.

Before long, Elind’s own interest in magic grew. Her mother showed her many different spells and taught her about the different types. One day, Elind decided to see for herself. She grabbed a tome that her mother said was a “cantrip”... whatever that was, and attempted to cast it. At first, nothing happened. Over the next few months, Elind tried again and again to cast the spell, but to no avail.

What she didn’t realize was that the tomes were still reacting, she just lacked proper training. Her mother walked in on one of her practice sessions, and seeing the book react to her failed reading, immediately made plans to send her to the mage academy. Before long, she said goodbye to her friends and family to begin her studies.

Like her mother before her, Elind’s studies were in the magic of the gods. She wasn’t a particular prodigy, but she did well. She was eventually was sent to one of the local churches to continue studies and service to her god(s? Not sure). Somehow, she got from there to being in prison awaiting execution. Thus, her journey begins...

Bio: Yara was born in Palagonia. She was relatively old, around ten years of age, when both of her parents died defending against a coastal attack by pirates. She hadn't been close with them, due to their duties in the army, but they'd always spoiled her when they'd been home.

They had neglected to leave any plans for her in case of their demise, always believing that if one of them did die, the other would have survived to take up civilian work and to take care of their daughter. As they lacked any family friends to speak of, Yara slipped between the cracks and into the street.

She was never a good thief. Not quick enough to work alone, not enough of a team player to work in a group - and Palagonia was full of soldiers, though she at least did not reside in the capital. She would have probably died in the streets eventually if not for one moment of dumb luck.

At eleven and a half years old, Yara tailed a drunken Migarrian mercenary until he passed out in the side alley of a tavern. As she began rifling through his things, she began to get ideas that were entirely too ambitious. A few hours earlier, right before she had followed him to the tavern, she had seen him tie up a young wyvern, one that he was training for future use.

She stole his supplies and his money. Then she stole the wyvern, and fled into the countryside. If it had been any more bonded to its former master, it might have nipped her hand off right there.

She almost died out there, too, as she knew nothing of the wild. The wyvern saved her once again, not only managing to survive by itself even given her poor attempts at helping, but also hunting game (and farmers' livestock) to sustain her. In time, she learned to hunt together with it, and they grew together.

Five years passed. Unfortunately, she missed people. When the armies of Abih the Cruel devastated the areas of Palagonia in their warpath, she returned to what was left of society and fell in with a group of protection racketeers who were extorting money from nearby villages in the vacuum of most law and order. With her wyvern backing her up, she was an excellent intimidator despite her age.

She did well for herself, for a few months, almost a year. But it wasn't to last forever.

Bio: Having been called by the nickname "Atlys" and a friend-name "Day", and even a monicker of "Aurora" during her time in the academy, the theme of mental or physical strength alongside an idea of warmth revolves around "Meri"'s personality. Born to farmers of the steppes and cliffs and fishermen of the expanse and sea, Meris was an adopted child with little to no knowledge of her parents other than how she had arrived at the coastal village--her upbringing was filled with the best education could offer, as per any books that the community could share on with their income, and her talents were noted as a "gifted" child what with the early age she engrossed herself in with maturity and the love of learning. She was called to be a scholar, which would've been her initial calling had it not been for her choice to spend a few years tending to her 'family', that being the community at large, and developing herself both physically, emotionally, and mentally first--even at the cost of a scholarship at the local academy. Her strength in the fields and in the open sea was a needed benefit, and being around people older than her gave her quite a mix of traditional, antiquated, and progressive thinking patterns. She admired the connections people made with each other, and her force of personality (alongside rigorous testing and hardworking potential by local standards) would've been the secondary admission to a full scholarship in the academy despite rigid rules on age, in comparison to the provincial laws on commerce and economic benefits.

This all changed, however, when the fire nation attacked when war struck the lands. While over time she had procured a legal teacher by trade, desperation had affected the economic bloodline of the village; first were the familiar merchants being exchanged with heavy-handed men, with rumors that they were tax collectors in disguise, followed by the removal of local guardsmen--even including the local militia and any ships (fishing or otherwise) capable of hauling men or material leaving the bare minimum for its export potential, if at all possible now with lacking laborers. Its replacement were a 'guard garrison' from the Empire--common amongst the villages suited for agricultural expanse or service.

Meris was amongst the few villages who had stayed behind, with the bare minimum of training in her studies, latently capable yet realistically and efficiently practiced, it was only a matter of time before the ravages of war took their toll.

Harbinger of the Storm is no. Weather won't be coming up much (if at all, we'll see) so it isn't an effective PF.
Adeptus Tenere is also no. With a really nasty PF I might be willing to accept it, but it will most likely need to be boost DEF or RES, not both.
Tacit Caster is also no, but SoSaS is fine.

I just noticed Serious got wooden blade's stats inverted. It has 6 MT, 4 WT, not the other way around.
