I'd say so. I mean, now that designs are shared publicly the turn they are created, there's a lot less secrecy. I guess long-term planning is still a thing, but that changes so rapidly that if you haven't been reading one thread for, say, two turns, you wouldn't be bringing the other side an advantage by joining them.

Though it's not my decision, obviously.
