Unsatisfying artifact

So my dwarf made an artifact wooden crown called falseburst it said i shall name you falseburst that was not satisfying
is that a bug but it is really funny!

It's a generic response to indicate that satisfaction level wasn't increased. Funny, but not a bug.

I wish dwarves would commit suicide after perpetrating artifacts like that.

It would save me the trouble of setting up bridge dwarf launchers to launch them into the magma sea.

Dwarves in combat tell you out loud when they increase their skill in something and how satisfied they were.  This doesn't always agree with the preferences page.

Urist McShooty Combat Log: I increased my archery, that was not satisfying.
Urist McShooty Preference Page: He was satisfied to have increased his archery recently.
