I really REALLY want to either play or run a game where we can actually have an ally system :I

So we can form a coalition and all. And have good friends like battle brothers/sisters and then forge a great family that will RULE THE LANDS and not be backstabbed because we developed a culture of communication instead of petty snobby nobles, and frilly gowns, and rich food and all.

It means, for example, inviting the bandit kings to the west, the army commanders to the north, the rebel leaders to the east, and anyone else with a private army and a tract of land.
Not people from your territory. I mean, you wouldn't be alone at the feast, you might invite a few other people, but it would mostly be foreigners.
