An attempt which proves most fruitful! Though their cavalry manage to escape, their infantry is not so lucky, and almost to a man are killed or captured.

Following the loss of the vast majority of their army, the red-helmets quickly break the siege and flee.

Now then. You have a bunch of captives to deal with.

A-Kill them all.
B-Spare those who join you.
C-Release them, after offering the opportunity to join you.

Many choose death. A fair amount choose to join, however, which does your numbers good.

One commander suggests a counter-attack, now that the enemy is weakened. Another councils caution, mentioning the lack of intel about Ogru's forces, and suggests sending scouting parties, whilst the rest of the army stays put. Yet others just want to go home.

Might as well send scouts. Unless he is pretty weak, I'm guessing we will just go home afterward though. Rest up, get fresh men, and perhaps call the ol' Vassal before making our move.

As long as we've a good economy and food supply, we can sustain and last. My opinion is to hunker down and make sure we can last.
Also probably send an envoy or establish mutual communication every annual season with the Loyalists since we've got FRIENDS!

Also how long was it since Yalanci's past tribute again? His [literal single point of] cavalry saved our face, and that of our men, more than anything else, even if they were light cavalry/skirmisher(?) units.
