See, I heard you came into some spare cash after your latest campaign... which combined with a generous discount on my part, could provide you with more armour... should you wish it."

You have the Architect let in. He enters with armfuls of scrolls, which he lays out on the floor before you. They appear to be blueprints.

"I have returned, Dragonslayer, with several new projects! I heard you had some money to spare and came as quickly as I could. No doubt you, as a wise and benevolent ruler, wish to invest in the future. If you would consider the options I have presented..."

A-Repair & fortify the bridge over the river, the ruins of which stand a mile south of the city.
B-Restore your... well, I'd hardly call it a palace- fix it up, maybe expand it a little.
C-Set to work repairing the roads that were torn up by the collapse.
D-Rebuild the city's library. Wisdom: As the wise part of you, I think this is an excellent choice. Martial: Don't listen to them, they just want to read more books.
E-No thanks. I'd rather invest in the present.
