Perhaps my wording was a bit ambiguous. B and C both involve selling the blood; there is no need to also vote for D.
The blood is the main thing he is here to buy, he isn't going to buy something else if he can't get the blood.

You agree to sell just the blood. The jars containing it are retrieved from the treasury. Surprisingly, the blood has not congealed at all, and is as liquid as the day it was drained from the beast. Quintus is delighted to see it, and has his bodyguards load it into his cart post haste. Almost as an afterthought he hands over the chest of gold.
Somewhat stiffly, he wishes you goodbye, and leaves without further comment. Which is a shame, as you had many questions you wished to ask him. Oh well.

...right, you had some other folk who wanted your attention. Who's next?
