Farra smiled through her wounds, they made it! She didn't quite know how it worked out the way it did, but the key part there was that it worked.

She had to focus though, there would be more to come, and it wasn't the time to celebrate... Even if she really wanted to.

Roux subsided from her triumph as her wounds knitted together. She sighed in relief, but scowled as she turned and caught sight of Bert.
"'Eal yerself first, dumbass! This ain't more than a scratch, and you got krumped pretty 'ard back then."

Blessedly, the cloaked man had fallen unconscious at the pain from the twisting of the spear.  Though much still remained as the healing magic closed his wounds and restored him to wakefulness, and the first sight his eyes caught was the bright sun burning down on the desert battlefield.

  "...Still alive, huh?"

Martyn wiped away a bit of blood and pushed himself to his feet, picking up his knife from where it had fallen.  Of course he was alive.  Mordo still held his country, didn't it?  Damned if he'd let himself be killed by bandits while that was true.

Vuln self, Hold position.

This felt like a two-song day.

Go again, Bert and Farra!
