The lock clicked, and the cloaked man smiled to himself as he slipped the kit away.  A swift kick sent the door flying open to bang against the stone wall, leaving Martyn... somewhat miraculously recovering from almost falling over backwards.  It was a pretty damn sturdy door.

Nevertheless, he stood in the opening he'd created, nodding to the prisoner within the cell.

  "We're the resistance.  Need a hand?"

Martyn paused for a moment, then reached into his pouch, pulling out the tome in question and offering it to the man, trying his best not to hold his breath and not say anything.

It didn't quite work out.  So he pinched his nose in his free hand and muttered as best he could.

  "...We also have soap."
