There's a couple ways to go about this, but from what it looks like, it might be a worthy risk to have Kaldach try to bust out the extra damage. So, new plan!

Kaldach to 10,15. Wooden Sword the swordsman.
Farra to 11,15. Short Bow the swordsman.
Brock to 11,16.
Sam to 12,15. Bard Sharne and Farra.
Sharne to 10,14. Her choice of stabs.
Liam to 11,13. Sword-stab the Axeman.
If Liam or Sharne got hurt, Bert to 11,14 and heal them while Farra sticks on 11,15.
If neither got hurt, Farra to 11,14. Shortbow the axeman if he's still alive, or Longbow the swordman. Bert sticks on 11,15.
Esther holds.

EDIT: Actually, scratch this temporarily. This hinges heavily on Kaldach not being doubled in return on the first attack, which can only be mitigated by someone else attacking first. Will need to rethink this.

EDIEDIT: No, the Devil Plan is, annoyingly enough too risky because Kaldach will get doubled in return. We'll have to go with a safer plan that can still gain us some ground.

So it seems there's a direct contradiction in the book regarding how Rescuing works.

To rescue an ally, your AID stat must be higher than the target's AID stat. This will be added to the list of rule changes in the OP

Since Reggie is now on the field with weapons, holding our current position is pretty untenable. On the plus side, BMM clarified that we still have access to mounts even indoors. So, plan.

Brock's more or less holding. Martyn and Liam are going to keep going north to engage the theives. Roux probably should join them from the looks of it, though it'll leave her vulnerable to the Spearman that got Sam. Though if she has her Pilum equipped at least he'll regret it.
