Yeah, that's correct. I miscalculated Farra's hit rate 5 points too high, then. If she misses Esther should probably target Slayer C so that Brock can actually get into position.

Er, could you target the swordsman instead of the fighter?  Sharne should be finishing the fighter off.

Kaldach doesn't have any vulns. Sharne has some though.

Apparently trading and vulning in the same turn is allowed, so just change Kaldach's move to take a vuln from Sharne and then apply it to Esther. No one else's move changes.

Still, I wish I'd seen that beforehand.

if the former, we can probably leave this turn. Liam or brock can pick up esther and then get barded to leave. Bertholt can then rescue sam and leave too.

Wouldnt start leaving until we're sure we all can though

Not much of a plan needed, then, but just in case:

Farra leaves.
Brock rescues Esther. (how's this work in character i wonder)
Sam to 14-16 after Farra leaves, bard Brock.
Brock leaves, carrying Esther.
Sharne leaves (could technically leave at any time but i think she'd want to see esther off safe first).
Bertholt to 15-16 after Sharne leaves, rescue Sam, leave.
Everyone else leaves.

There are a couple different variations of this, but this seems simplest.
