Take with a grain of salt, but I think a plan at the moment is something like:

Martyn already moved (6-11, knife Axeman A)
Brock to 4-9, hatchet Axeman A
Farra to 6-13, vuln Esther
Liam to 7-10, vuln either himself or Roux
Sharne either move northish or attack an archer for some damage (7-14, attack Archer D)
Kaldach 8-10, vuln Liam OR 8-9, wait to soak a shot vuln himself and if not downed, block road next turn
Sam possibly 7-12 to perform Esther
If Esther is performed, she can go to 5-11 and vuln herself or vuln Bertholt (or attack an archer and likely get downed on the counter)

If Esther is performed and moves and Sharne hadn't done anything yet, Sharne could also vuln Bertholt from 6-12...

Feel free to debate this.

All that theorizing aside, my recommendation:

Martyn 6-11, knife Axeman A
Farra to 6-13, vuln Esther
Brock to 4-9, hatchet Axeman A
Liam to 7-10, vuln Roux
Kaldach 8-9, vuln himself
Sam 7-12, perform Esther
Esther 5-11, vuln herself
Sharne 6-12, vuln Bertholt

This puts Brock + Roux + Esther + Kaldach in range of the road if they're not downed. Axeman should be dead unless Brock botches his throw. Liam's totally irrelevant. Bertholt will probably get downed again but he'll have his down counters reset.

Since it came up in the irc and is admittedly not stated elsewhere:

For the purposes of the victory condition, the wagons are not counted as enemy units. That is to say, if you remove all other threats on the map, it ends, and any cart still on the map is captured.

Esther blast archer E (20% chance of missing)
Sharne to 6-13, shank Archer D (does 2 damage, woo)
Farra twang archer D  (does 4 damage)
Sam to 6-11, dance Esther
Brock to 5-8, hack archer A (8 damage, 12 left)
Kaldach to 7-8, hack archer A (5 damage, 7 left)
Liam to 6-9, stab archer A (6 damage, 1 left)
Martyn to 5-9, stab archer A (dead)
Esther to 6-8, blast soldier A (12 damage, 5 left)

Possible plan

No objections on my end.

Might be better if we let people with higher crit weapons attack first in cases where order doesn't matter, just in case we happen to get a lucky crit. Liam has 9% crit for example due to slim lance. Brock has 3% crit to instakill archers, so he should go first. Would definitely still not count on it though.

May as well also add that it was mentioned in the IRC if we surround an archer on all four sides, they'll no longer count towards the win condition in terms of being an enemy to defeat to make the wagons surrender (as long as we keep them surrounded - if we move away they count again).

... I think everyone was there when that was said, but just leaving it here for posterity.

Doubt it'll matter unless we can pull something crazy in the last turn but eh, maybe. Using four people to do so is at least less than the four or more we'd need to kill an archer without Esther, and she's likely to be downed next EP.

Okay, so it turns out that BMM42 was using the wrong evade rate for the archers, which brings Esther's chance to hit them down from 80 to 66 or so. Knowing that, should we still have her target them or try to do something else?

Possible plan?

Brock to 5-7, attacks Soldier B (does 10 damage)
Liam to 5-8, attack Soldier B (does enough damage)
Martyn to 7-9, shank soldier A (does more than one damage)
Esther to 4-10
Sam to 5-10, dance Esther
Esther to 6-8, attack soldier A
Farrah one step back, attack archer D

Kaldach chills in case someone misses

Here's my suggestion (will review yours right away):
Farra 6-12, shoot Marksman D
Esther do the magic thing on Marksman D if Farra misses
Brock axe Spearfighter B
Liam stab Spearfighter B
Martyn 7-9, knife Spearfighter A
Sam 5-9, perform Brock
Brock 7-7, axe Spearfighter A
Kaldach hit Spearfighter A if he isn't dead

Farra 6-12, shoot Marksman D
If Farra doesn't hit,
Martyn 7-9, knife Spearfighter A
Esther do the magic thing on Marksman D if Farra misses from 7-14
Brock to 5-9, axe Spearfighter B
Liam stab Spearfighter B
Sam 5-10 perform Brock
Brock 6-8, axe Spearfighter A
Kaldach hit Spearfighter A if he isn't dead

If Farra hits,
Brock to 5-9, axe Spearfighter B
Liam stab Spearfighter B
Esther to 4-10
Sam to 5-10, dance Esther
Esther to 6-8, attack soldier A
