Faith sniffled and wiped away some leftover tears as Minato spoke to the maid, and had managed to mostly get rid of them by the time he finished, although it was blindingly obvious that she’d been crying anyway. ”How... how could you possibly not know? Th-that was more than looking like me, that looked so much like me it pretty much had to be me...”

"Yeah, there were definitely three steps to it. Is it supposed to feel like that?"

"Yup, first stage is kinetic, second is elemental, third is explosive. Even if you only use one, I've set them up to always have the the stages so it's consistent."

Yuki, unfortunately, was out by the time the cool mech was out. She had decided to go to the nearest secluded place, probably a bathroom, and took the practice-stake-thingies. "Alrighty..." she said. Uncharacteristically, she was feeling a little tinsy bit nervous about this, but it was fine! She could heal right away. So, practice time. She wasn't sure where to do it - leg maybe? Then heal.

Honestly, Faith was still suspicious of the porn-toting maid, but she supposed that maybe she should give her the benefit of the doubt, on this at least. "Could... could you try, at least? I just..." Faith shut her eyes for a moment and shook her head, squeezing the redheaded boy tighter for a moment -- she wasn't gonna spill to this woman like she had Minato, but... "...just... please try."

You stab yourself in the leg. Ow! The bulb seems to fill with crimson light as a pink corona traces its outline, depleting with each passing second.

"Again, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I can't check. At least show me what I'm working with here." (Fleur)

"It helps stop accidental discharges. Did I put too much?"

Faith stared at Fleur for a moment before she groaned. The humiliated girl finally disengaged from her hug with Minato, and she moved over a bit to grab the book in question. She took the tome and with an expression sickened with dread began to flip through the pages, chunks at a time, until eventually she got to the awful awful section. Christ... Christ... it didn’t just look like her, it pretty much WAS her, down to the shape of her facial features.

And it was honestly pretty messed up in its own right too, what with the number of... Faith shuddered. She wanted to cry again a little, honestly, but she really had cried all she could for a while, probably. ”Guh... God... here... it’s b-been shoved in my face again so PLEASE get rid of it!” Tremblinf, she handed it over to Fleur.

Fleur sorta just stares at the pages for a bit, tugs on the paper and...
"Yeah I got nothing. Changing it's beyond me." _(Fleur)
She desummons the tome.

Yoake looks in awe at her O-Shiri mech, and has a wonderful idea.

She climbs up to the top of the mech, and, butt-first, hops into the machine. For a time she is out of view, but then her head pops out of a slit at the top, and the mech whirs to life.

She moves with surprising agility, looking to find Mary and do some more intense training.

Mary regards you in basically the same way a deer may regard the headlights of a semi-turned-mad-max-set-piece and proceeds to immediately run away screaming. Unfortunately for her, you're faster.

Faith watched as Fleur made her attempts to remove the relevant section from her book, and all present could pretty much watch the despair deepen in her eyes as it didn’t happen. Faith dropped to the ground into a sitting position, let out a nearly-wailing ”Now she just knows it’s theeere!” and covered her face with her hands.
