Faith put her hand on her cheek and mouth and sniffled, looking at the ground for a few seconds. She wasn't out to offend Minato, but... but this was just horrible in so many ways she'd never ever expected. She breathed in and out shakily for a few moments, avoiding crying again, and then replied to Minato. "I... I-I'm sorry Minato, it's, it's just..." Another sniffle. "She... she magically drew smut of me, Minato, that's really what this is. And-- and-- and messed up stuff, too, and I don't know why. So- I'm- I'm sorry if I was mean to you, I r-really wasn't trying to be," She needed to breathe or she really would sob, "I just don't know why any of this happened and it's h-horrible."

She actually looked up at him now, eyes sparkling with unshed tears. "What... what were you doing, then?"

"......it's fine, Faith. I've not.....exactly been the most sensitive person, lately. Or ever. You're good.

It....the text was teaching me something. A skill. Something I can use to protect the rest of you. I had to know what it was, so I saw an opportunity and took it. And this isn't by far the worst thing, either. People have been using stuff like that to transmit knowledge like this in the supernatural community for years. Because nobody would ever choose to look voluntarily in there unless they were a pervert or a Godslayer. I assumed it was one of those. I honestly didn't think for a moment. I'm so sorry...."
Minato sighed, running his hands through his hair and trying not to look at Faith.

Yoake grabs up a couple of healing potions and the bottle of gasoline, storing it in who-knows-where.

She eyes up the canister with her logo on it, before approaching Slaine.

"Hey, heard you got some kinda Requiem Potion for me?"

Slaine regards you in the manner one might regard the post-lynching pre-burning corpse of a particularly corrupt politician. "Take it." She hands over another one of those vials like the healing and energy potions, this one marked with a circular symbol. "Think of what you want your world to become when you use it. Do not think about what you plan on having for dinner. Do not think about how you want to crash another car into someone. And for the love of God make sure that it won't hurt your allies."

Faith breathed a voiceless chuckle, a dark one with very clearly no mirth behind it. "H-hah... I g-guess that figures, huh? All of the weird, perverted stuff that goes on with all of th-this magic and everything, a-and it usually seems to come and hit me.." Faith sniffled again and then quickly wiped at her face. "I-I just... I... I haven't ever been this... humiliated since I came to Japan, and I... I..."

Faith wiped at her face again, but it really wasn't stopping anything, and she let out a sob. She covered her mouth with her elbow, but she was shaking a little and tears were streaming down her face, now -- the cat was out of the bag, so to speak, and no matter how embarrassing it was she was undeniably crying. "I, I dunno, what to doooo," she wailed, giving up on covering her mouth, and just spilled out the rest of what she had to say, occasionally interrupted by sobs. "but I really hate thuh, the fact that she-- that she HAS that, and that she can do whatever she wuh, wants with it, and I dunno what to do!"

Well. That was. . . a turn of events. Shef noted Faith, seeming rather distressed talking to Minato a little ways off, and made a decision. He approached Fleur, keeping his eyes carefully averted.

In an even voice, though there was some hint of irritation on his countenance, Shef said, "Mind not harassing people with porn before our mission? She's a bit sensitive, and being emotionally compromised before a mission, surprisingly, tends not to lead to the best results. I don't know what exactly you did, so maybe she asked to see your stuff or something, et cetera. But if not, perhaps a tactful apology is in order. Without the tomes."

He shrugged, then walked away, back towards the main area with the supplies. They'd probably be fine even with Faith like this, but it was best to make the effort if it saved them some trouble later.

"Harassing? I flipped through it." _(Fleur)
She frowns.
"That strong a reaction?" _(Fleur)

Minato closes his eyes, sighs and takes a risk.

He closes the distance between him and Faith and gently, carefully, hugs her to his body.
"Faith, don't worry about it, alright? Don't worry. You'll be fine. This could happen to anyone new to this. Trust me on this. I know.

If she has it, she has it. You can't do anything except ask her to not use it on you. I don't know how it works, I can't help you with it as much as I'd like. But I'm here for you, and Yuki, and the others are here, if you need us."

"Yes, that strong a reaction. She's still in high school, maybe she's somehow never seen something like that, maybe something happened as a kid, I don't know. Most people generally don't like that sort of thing just shown to them at random. The point is, if you could apologize that'd be rather helpful."

"If you're totally against doing it for some reason, well, I don't know. Keep reading your books or whatever the hell you want.

Yoake takes the potion and grins.

"Don't worry, staying focused is one of my best skills!" She puts the potion away and then instantly heads towards the mech canister.

"Time to open this baby up..."

She presses a button on the canister, revealing a keypad, which she punches a 10-digit code into. This all leads to one of the sides of the canister opening, to reveal a large mechsuit inside of it.

The mech itself is bipedal, with large digitrade legs, a carrier for the pilot as the 'torso' of the mech, with two sets of three rocket boosters, one on each side of the torso.  It's painted in typical army greens, with an industrial design. The only notable difference is the two large breasts and buttocks on the torso. On the front, a large pair of breasts, and a full butt on the back of the torso.

"Aww yeah, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout."

Faith buried her head into Minato's chest when he crouched down in order to wrap her into a hug, and she rather unceremoniously began to bawl into his butler uniform, looping her arms around him and wordlessly but frankly not too quietly sobbing for a little while, and trembling a bit in his arms. All a very romantic situation, perhaps, but Faith was far too distraught about this to get any sort of enjoyment from that fact, and so she just cried and wailed (muffledly, into his chest) until she'd mostly cried herself out.

Then she pulled back, eyes red, cheeks wet, and still sniffling. She wasn't at her best right now, to say the least, and now the front of Minato's suit had a rather conspicuous drenched spot where she'd bawled into it. She hadn't quite let go of him yet. "Could... could you make her get rid of it or something? I, I don't care about the rest of that book very much, I just want the section with me not to be there..."

Oh hey, Fleur walks on over. For once she's got nothing in her hands.
"(Oh fuck, this bad?) This wasn't how I thought it'd go down. She only got kinda embarrassed at the first page, but I guess that's just an excuse. Know it don't mean much but, for what it's worth, I'm sorry." _(Fleur)

"It's alright, Faith. I'll see what I can do."
Minato doesn't visibly react to his suit being dampened by Faith's tears, as he turns to Fleur. who shows up during the hug.
"Can you, you know, remove that part of the thing with the blonde lady that looks like her? It's bothering her."
