Minato carefully positions himself to keep Faith safe behind his shield, using his other hand to attack. Now that he had finally got there, it was time to do what he did best.

Aside from flirting, of course.

He thrusts Durandal into Microwave B with a roar. True, he should probably attempt to wake Faith, but between the Mononoke and the fact that if he did take the time they'd both be vulnerable, that could wait until the closest threat was eliminated.

Yuki, not feeling so great, manages to get to Minato and her sister. Seeing the unconscious girl, she takes Faith off of Minato's shoulders carefully, both behind the shield, so that she can safely wake her.

Yeah, just getting behind Minato and waking up Faith.

Spoiler: Rolls (click to show/hide)

"In or out of your body?"

Before Minato can run up and shank a bitch, said bitch proceeds to detonate. Violently. There's no heat, no light, the bullet strikes it there's a bang, and its pieces are now scattered across the street.

Noriko manages to throw herself out of the way of the clash, the frost slowing her no longer, seems that the fridge has other priorities now. Before the fridge can attack, it finds itself run through with the Aramitama's blade. And then the tracer hits. There's a bang, the air ripples violently, and the fridge is sent flying backwards, its front blasted open, Noriko's tear having been ripped further open and its front caved in. But it's still moving, now charging towards Shef. The Aramitama on the other hand doesn't even flinch, it just raises its revolver at Shef and, after a pause, lowers it and vanishes in a plume of darkness.

Yoake, steadying herself, chases after A and, despite its best efforts grabs it and throws it at the fridge, it's too far away to hit though so A just skids along the ground, its casing cracking and buckling, littering the ground with its pieces. It tries getting back up but its clearly quite damaged.

Faith is beginning to stir.

"Nnn..." With a light groan, Faith opens her eyes, still between Minato and his shield -- but she's too groggy to really make a big deal out of that. Instead, she raises a hand, and summons some raw magical energy -- with the sorry state of the two remaining of their adversaries, Faith doesn't really feel compelled to pour absolutely everything into the fight like what had driven her to unconsciousness. So she just simply lobs the magical energy at the remaining, dying microwave-headed Mononoke.
Faith will lob a basic ranged attack at Microwave A, using an Alteration to turn the roll to a 5.

"Haha. The Aramitama has fled. We should be done here in just one moment. Feel free to send along the clean-up squad." Shef turned to the charging fridge.  It was rather surprising to see it hold up to so much abuse...Then again, most everything that had happened thus far could be considered surprising to the uninitiated. Of course, it was all perfectly reasonable to Shef, who danced backwards, trying to keep himself out of range. He took three shots at its lower half, which had seemed to have sustained the least damage.

Shef tries to keep out of fridge range, and fire three shots from his pistol at its base.

So the thing ran off. Good for now, probably bad going forward; it probably didn't appreciate her trying to poke holes in it, regardless of whether it actually had an effect or not. Faith looked to be getting up and handling the remaining microwave, which only left the fridge for Noriko herself to attack. She had a bit of a grudge against the thing at this point, so she figured she'd try and pull another thing out of her recently acquired bag of tricks. Another name came to mind as she considered it. She stepped back, spinning her spear in front of herself and then kicking off the ground. She raised it above her head in preparation for a strike, and the weapon swelled to a size easily three times normal, maybe more. "Take this! Vasavi Shakti!" The shout accompanied a crash downwards at the icebox.

Minato notices that the girl behind his shield has woken up. His voice takes a teasing tone to it.
"You know, I'd usually love it if a cute girl would fall asleep on me, but the middle of a fight isn't ideal. Be careful next time, okay?"

His actions don't match his tone as he places himself between the Microwave and Faith again to take hits with Rho Aias.

Yoake, content with her work, yawns and takes a seat on the sidelines. Not really much point in beating a dead horse, so to speak.

Yuki decides to just sit back for a bit - her power feels like it's on the low end and she'll just end up hurting more than helping if she does anything. She either does not notice Minato flirting with Faith or just acknowledges that nothing she can possibly say or do can stop him.

Spoiler: Rolls (click to show/hide)

"Understood. How was your first fight against of them?"

Yoake has a seat wit Yuki and they watch Faith cap A.

The fridge, while steadily building up momentum, isn't exactly agile and the giant spear crashing down onto it, while still failing to halt it despite the spear jammed most of the way down its form, is enough to cause it to lose speed, allowing Shef to continue backing away, three round tearing more holes into the fridge as he slams his head into yet another pole.

Let's just say that you guys finish it off however you saw fit, it's, not particularly agile, and despite its defenses has been heavily damaged.

"Fight went fine. I'm a little battered, along with one of the recruits. And the American fainted briefly, but she seems to be recovering. Other than that, each of us is one piece, and most of them are in multiple." Shef flicked the safety back on his pistol, and returned it to his pocket. He tugged his sleeve a little to cover up the exoarm a bit more. He turned towards his companions, specifically the new recruits, and spoke while he felt his hand around the bruises near his ribs.

"We'll be heading to the safe house now. It wouldn't be wise to remain here for too long. Feel free to enjoy the complementary praises which Minato will sing your skills and appearances while we walk." He turned, and set off in the direction of the safe house, keeping as decent a pace as he could sustain.

Yeah, Winter. The ladies'll need a bit of time to recover and process this.
Minato pulls the lever along the side of his belt, his armor disappearing in golden sparkles and Rho Aias dissipating in a haze of spirit energy. Apart from sweating slightly and looking a bit more unkempt, Minato seems totally fine.  He smiles roguishly.
"To the safe house. Our associates'll debrief you on what happens next. Then perhaps you'd like to join me in a nice dinner date, ladies?"

Minato gets a little bit of a blush from Faith, but it does seem that she is exhausted so it doesn't perhaps get quite the effect that he might have been looking for. "Honestly... once I get home, I think I want to pass out for the entire day and night..."

Noriko planted one foot on the fridge and pulled backward hard. With a grunt of effort, she yanked her spear out of the appliance; you'd think it would have been easier to pull out, since it was much smaller than when it'd gone in, but jammed in there it was. She let out a breath, one that turned into chuckling at Shef's comment. Sure enough, the first thing out of Minato's mouth ended with a flirt. Her smile inverted itself fairly quickly, though, as she thought about one thing. "What do I do with all this?" She gestured to her dress and, of course, the spear.

"Not certain. I wear my regalia almost full time, but yours is likely too conspicuous for that. Some can disappear when not in use..." That was how Minato's worked, sort of. As Shef pondered the question, another thought manifested itself.

"You didn't take the time to change into that." He noted flatly.
"I expect that you're capable of removing it in the same way you put it on. The spear, however, may be more difficult." On further reflection, it had come from the cache, so it was quite possible that Winter could enlighten them. Worth a try.

"Winter? Any info on the dress-spear regalia, and what to do with it out of battle?"
